125th annual Hunger Games! (Quarter Quell)

    Welcome, Panem, to the 125th hunger games! The arena this year is a dark swamp where night is eternal. But this is no ordinary swamp. The sky is blood red, as is the moon and water pools. Everything either looks or is made of blood. To make it harder, the only drinkable water can be found in the Cornucopia.


    For the special perk, each tribute gets to select a power, to remind the districts that even with powers and biological advantages, nearly all of them will still die.

    Now, we start.


    60 seconds on the Clock. Kathleen, his fellow tribute from District 1, had agreed to start the Career alliance. Maro looked around. My God... he thought. He could barely see a thing. The sky was black with an admitted, faint, red glow to it. He was at an angle to the Cornucopia. He looked around and saw Renee, that District 2 girl, at a straight, direct angle to the mouth Cornucopia. That lucky bastard...


    Boom!


    The cannon sounded. Maro made a hectic run to the Cornucopia, Kathleen following close behind. He salvaged a small battleaxe for himself, and threw a rapier at his teammate. Maro picked up several backpacks and headed to the tributes from District Two. While he was running, Leela, that girl from twelve, got in his way and attacked Maro with a knife. He easily dodged, and with a swipe of the axe, decapitated that shameless little fellow. "Dylan! Renee!" he shouted.

    Maeve turned invisible before running to the Cornucopia, grabbing a backpack and throwing knifes she ran towards the swamp.

    (I gave you D10, and there is no forest just a swamp. Also there are blood pools instead of water, and the sky is always night.)


    Without a response, Maro decided to come back for the others later. He would run off into the swamp with Kathleen and hunt down tributes. At the end of the clearing, Maro adjusted his compound eyesight. He could see the faint outline of a tribute and her bag. "Kathleen, there's a tribute rolling off into the swamp." said Maro. "But I don't see anyone...." she replied. "I know, she's invisible. I saw her with my compound eyesight." They both took off after her, well, actually, only Maro. Kathleen was just following. The tribute kept running into the swamp, and Maro had to take out his axe to chop down stray branches that were in his way to prevent getting whacked by them. "Hey!" he started. "No point in running, I see you!"

    Jessica teleported closesr to the corunicopia and grabbed a backpack and a bow and sheath of arrows. She half ran half ported into the swamp hiding.
    Madison shifted into an eagle and flew to the corunicopia grabbing a set of knives and waited for the other careers.
    Dylan shrinked super small to doge the attacks and ran t the corunicopia he grabbed a dart gun and a knife that was on the floor and turned bac t normal size to carry it into the swamp.

    Amber grabbed a bag, then slung it over her shoulder and dashed off. She transformed into a large fox and bounded towards the nearest tribute. after slicing off the tributes head, she turned back into herself and tried to disappear into the night, but it was tricky. She saw Claire, who was already with Jonathan, and decided to try and find some allies. She turned back to the tributes, and scanned the group.

    Maybe she can ally with Dlyan?
    Ic:Dylan ran deeper into the marsh, hid his weapons and went out to explore. He ran into a girl he saw turn into a fox eariler.
    Jessica ported around the swamp looking for a place to hide.
