  • "Ocean spray! It'll spray out all of the smelly skunk spray off. You just need to air out your fur." Witha smile happy leap, the cat sprinted towards the ocean.

  • Snakeface sprinted towards the light, salty spray of the cean as it sprinkled his soft, fluffy fur furwith salt water. The scent continued to linger upon his pekt, to the tom's disappointment. "I don't think it's working very well," he mewed, sighing, and breathing more of the hideous skunky scent. "Lets face it. I'm gonna smell like that little black and white monster for the rest of my existance." He shoved his forehead into the sand with sadness.
He lifted his face from the sand and shook the excess sand from his dark brown face. The snake marking on his forehead seemed to cower from the awful scent that flowed from his felt.

  • "Let's stay here overnight. You're fur probably just needs to be aired out." Laying down in the sand, the kitten watched the stars above her. They were so pretty and yet so peaceful...

  • "Yeah. You're right," he mewed, smiling, and staring up at the glowing golden stars. "It's always so pretty out here, out in the open, under all the stars and the moon. "You should head off to the nursery to sleep with your friends," he meowed to the kit.

  • Frost flinched. "Lostkit is my only friend that is a kit. Raspberrykit on the other hand... She hates me, but I don't care too much about it to be honest." Pausing, the white she-cat added. "And plus it's a lot more fun to be out here."

  • "You're right," he mewed, "It's fun to be out here." He mewed, lying down on his side to head to a peaceful, smelly sleep. Hopefully, the smell would be gone by morning. If not, he would have to try other methods. Perhaps rip out his fur, or coat it with something else smellier, then remove it.

  • Gently closing her eyes, the kitten fell fast asleep, dreaming about her past life. It was rather intriguing to be honest. She dreamt of things that never actually happened and dreamt of her ambitions. Of course, not even her role player is willing to spill these ambitions, for that's how important they are to Frost.

  • Waking up in the middle of the night, the kit gave a sniff. Hm... Well, the stench sure seem to fade a bit. At least the worst was over. Digging a hole, the kitten then promptly slept, sheltering herself from some of the winds.

  • Snakeface woke at sunrise, the smell of skunk now fainter then before. He stood, shaking droplets of saltwater from his short pelt. He stretched out his long striped legs as the sun warmed his fur and glared in his pale yellow eyes. Stretching back to standing position, he yawned, and sat down into the sand. He tried to poke his young friend Frost awake.

  • "Hm? You want some fresh kill? I don't have any..." Frost meowed in her sleep. A couple seconds later, the white she-cat blinked, then yawned. "Hey..."

  • "Good." The she-kit paused. "Did-Did I talk in my sleep?" she asked anxiously with wide cerulean blue optics fixed on the tom.

  • "A little," Snakeface admitted. He then shrugged his shoulders. "Why do you ask? I talk in my sleep sometimes." By sometimes, he meant all night. And he snored, too. A lot. He was a restless sleeper.

  • "I... um, talk a lot in my sleep," Frost meowed honestly, feeling her fur get hotter. "And sometimes I say something really embarrassing..."

  • "Oh, ok. I think I might have insomnia too, but it hasn't been acting up too much lately and it's very mild," she added, yawning.

  • "Oh, ok," Frost replied, padding towards the tide pools. Who knew? There were some little minnows in there, looking good enough to eat. Swatting her paw into the water, a silver scale minnow plopped out, desperately looking for water. In ten seconds flat, it died.

Plopping out a few more fish, the kitten brought them over to Snakeface. "Want some?"
