Ten-year-old Chihiro Ogino and her parents are traveling to their new home when her father takes a wrong turn. The family enters a magical world and her father insists on exploring and they cross a dry riverbed. While Chihiro's parents eat at an empty restaurant stall, Chihiro finds an exquisite bathhouse. She meets a young boy, Haku, who warns her to return across the river before sunset. However, Chihiro discovers too late that her parents have turned into pigs and she is unable to cross the flooded river, becoming trapped in the spirit world.
The Old story
Many Years have passed since Chihiro has been in the spirit world. She has grown up into a young woman and had two children who a girl who is exactly similar too her and a boy. One day, on going to visit her parents, she stops by the entrance and decides to go in for a visit. After crossing over the bridge, Chihro goes missing leaving the two siblings completely at loss. Going into the bath house, Yubaba quickly scopes them up and takes their identity.

Yuko is a polite, soft spoken boy, whom at times can be quite childish and naive. This is likely a result of his small town upbringing; as he moves to the town by his grandparents. he was amazed and overwhelmed by the sheer size and energy of the city, and thus himself felt small and insignificant. He was bored of the average life he previously led, and moved to there in search of adventure. He is usually always sticking to his mothers side, unlike his sister. He enjoys composing his own music and is often found doing so on the school roof during lunch times.

As a lonely creature who seeks attention from Chihiro after having developed an obsession for her after being kind to him, No-Face first appeared a very timid and soft-spoken spirit whose vocabulary consisted of grunts and moans as opposed to understandable words. Not knowing much about The Bathhouse or about other spirits in general, No-Face learned by example. Exposed to the crooked thoughts and greed of the workers, he quickly grew to encompass their personalities, hoping that his endeavor to be like those around Chihiro would eventually garner her affection for him, but ultimately bringing about the opposite effect. As a monstrous out-of-control being, No-Face exhibited all the negative traits of those it has swallowed (Most significantly, Aogaeru); becoming a brash, arrogant, loud and selfish creature whose obsession with Chihiro has proved troubling for everyone. He has been with Zeneba since Chihiro left... But he had a feeling she came back and went to find her. Instead, he found two of her children and got the same obsession

Benihime is hard-working, earnest, and capable of doing most administrative work, kind of girl . Her gentle, feminine demeanor and small stature makes her appear somewhat "weak" looking. She's both terrified and in awe of Kaonashi. She tries to help Yuki and Yuko where she can, and enjoys teasing routine. At first, she, like the rest of the worker act like the siblings are bothers. Once she gets used to watching Yuko and Yuki, she became an allie transforming into her cat form to sneak into the bath house and sleep with Yuki.
