IC: Shining whined, before the humans disappeared, she was locked in her house, she was running out of food and was as thin as a stick. She slammed her bony body against the door, she was going to starve to death if she couldn't get out soon.

Lily was trotting down the street to see if any house windows were open so she could break in and eat all he food. She walked past a house that smelled of dog, she barked and began to dog a hole under the fence, she was a great digger. She finally crawled under neath it and saw the bony dog on the other side of the {glass door?} lily walked up to he door, on the other side it was found and hard to get your teeth around, but on the outside, it was a latch. She flipped it up with her nose and it clicked open. She stepped back.

Shining was about to knock the door down again but had a shock as it opened and she fell to the ground, she panted, wobbling to her feet and faced Lilly "OH! Thank you!" she croaked, her bark was weak, but she made it sound thankful.

Her eyes widened "Hot dog stand! WHERE!?!!!!????" and she raced of, crawling through the hole under the fence and waited there, it seemed as if she had got her energy back for some food.

Lily followed her thoroughly the hole and then she trotted down the street. Around the corner was the hotdog stand. "There, there's plenty."

Shining leaped on the cart, eating and eating and eating as if she had never eaten before. Later she lay on the floor, she was full she panted for a while and got to her paws barking "thanks...it felt like forever!" she panted.

Lily smiled "your welcome." And then grabbed a hotdog bun and scarfed it down. "Do you hav a place to stay?"

She shrugged "only my place, you've broke the doors down so we can go in and out now" she then scoffed down another hot dog.

"That's right!" She got to her paws and thought. "I have learned how to break into doors since I have been a street dog for so long, I could teach you how to get in the top cabnets? So if you get locked in again you won't starve." She laughed.

She laughed "yeah" but then turned sad saying "I don't know what happened, my owner left, locking the door and never came back" she whined slightly, but then wagged her til and was happy again and barked "come on!" and raced back to the house.
