[justify][font=georgia][size=8]It was one of those rare moments where Skittles had ventured out into what he thinks is the safety of the city. These parts of terrain aren't really his forte, considering all the Clan cats milling about that would make a huge deal out of him taking a rabbit, squirrel, bird, you name it. He couldn't find much food in dumpsters, so venturing out into these lands was one of his few options. The other was fight someone for it, and he wasn't too into the that. The attractive lynx point's grey gaze scanned the rye field, looking for any possible mice or rabbits to jump out of their place and into his grasp.
`sorry you fell for it... [p]

Dawnfall stayed close to the ground as she stalked toward a rabbit nibbling some grass in the rye field. Her haunches tensed as she stopped, before bolting forward and taking down her prey with a powerful bite. She stood straight with the rabbit in her jaws and her eyes instantly fell on the tom. Unlike the average clan cat, she didn't run to fight him, but started the walk over, curious as to why this unfamiliar cat was here
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]Skitles whipped around almost instantly at the sound of rustling among the wheat stalks, expecting it to be a hopping rabbit, but instead found a WindClan she-cat staring curiously at him. Like he usually did, he broke into a mischievous smile at the sight of a female. His tail flicked slightly with anticipation as he took a step toward Dawnfall. "Hello."
-
She glanced down with a smile, before her eyes flicked back up to him "Hi" she messed softly at the sight of the handsome tom. She flicked her tail quickly in excitement, loners were always so interesting and had the best stories, no clan cat was that intriguing. She cocked her head to one side "Who are you?"
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]"Call me whatever. I go by Skittles," he said. The tom's said that so many times that by now, it just simply rolled naturally off his tongue. His voice was actually raspy, not so smooth, but not incredibly cracked. Despite the fact that his voice wasn't the smoothest, it was quite seductive. The slender, attractive lynx point narrowed his grey optics as he looked silently over the she-cat. "What's your name?"
-
She felt her heart quicken slightly, he was... Intriguing, and seemed so exotic. She stepped forward without really knowing, captivated by him "I'm Dawnfall of Windclan" she purred. Her voice was soft and smooth, hinting to youth and innocence
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]Skittles smile turned crooked as he noticed how quickly the she-cat was falling for him. No femme usually was that quick; most took their time or were hostile or suspicious as first. Well, this babe's going to be an easy one, he thought, please. He took a step toward her, a slightly dangerous glint portrayed in his muted eyes. The point loner cocked his hide lightly to the side as his voice again rang quietly among the stalks of rye. "Dawnfall? Lovely name. Wish I could get to know you.... But I don't even belong to a Clan. I often live alleys."
-
She frowned "I'm sorry, that must be hard" she had a look of concern for him before pushing her fresh rabbit forward "You must be hungry, we can share" she sat down in front of it, tucking her tail neatly over her paws as she waited for him to take the first bite. Her light green eyes watched him with intense curiosity, wanting to know more about the tom.
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]The tom definitely wasn't going to refuse this offer. The tom crouched down before her and the rabbit and ripped the large rodent open, leaning down and ripping a piece of meat off with his glistening white teeth. Skittles chewed and swallowed, leaning back on his haunches as he replied to the calico's statement. "I've never minded it too much. Company passes by once in a while," he meowed through a mouthful of rabbit. Lucky for her and him, Dawnfall didn't know that included many desperate, weak she-cats.
-
She smiled softly before taking a small and delicate bite of the brown rabbit, swallowing it before replying to Skittles "It must be nice though" she glanced up, her eyes meeting his as she opened her mouth to speak again "Never having to share with others, having space to think" she said it almost longingly. She loved her clan, but once they'd realized how much she'd loved the older tom with a mate they seemed to treat her as if she were a sad, pathetic kit.
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]"There's not much to think about," he meowed after swallowing down another mouthful of rabbit. The point searched the she-cat's face as he chewed after taking another bite of the prey she caught. Skittles swallowed and decided not to take anymore, since he'd pretty eaten most of it.
-
She giggled softly "Oh c'mon, there has to be something interesting about th city" she purred, taking another bite before looking up at him with a small smile. Her soft fur was ruffled by the wind that pushed at them, she licked her chest, trying and failing to keep her fur down
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]"Yes, it is interesting. But you definitely have to do your best at not being caught by Upwalkers," meowed Skittles as he gazed at the she-cat gently groom her pelt. "Would you like to see the city?"
-
Her head shot up, eyes widened "R-really?" she smiled, standing up with an excited bounce "I would love to!" she purred, kneading the earth in excitement
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]"Um, you want to finish that rabbit first? I'm full," meowed Skittles, pleased that she was so eager and ready to fall into his trap. The cinnamon point heaved himself to his paws and looked down at the she-cat expectantly, expecting her either to stand up or finish the rodent before them. "Or you can just bury it and we can head off."
-
[ooc.] bump
-
Dawnfall was quick to bury the rabbit with an excited smile, her tail flicking in eagerness. "Let's just go now" she purred, cocking her tortoiseshell head to one side ever so slightly before starting to run toward the distance, where she knew the city was.
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]The lynx point crookedly smiled slightly before following the excited she-cat. Damn, this one is going to be easy. Her eagerness definitely gave Skittles an advantage into this swooning. The loner's tail flicked as he bounded after her with a steady pace, slowing down one he was at her side. He looked at her out of the corner of his grey eyes. "So you're sure about this?"
-
She smiled at him, green eyes filled with excitement and anticipation "Of course!" she cried with a happy little jump as she skidded to a halt infront of the city. Her eyes widened with amazement as she stared up at the towering buildings, she glanced back at Skittles with a smile before padding forward
-
[justify][font=georgia][size=8]Skittles padded after the excited she-cat somewhat startled by her enthusiasm. But did that matter? Nope. He just needed the simple-minded femme to fall for him and give him what he wants. The lynx point extended his tail across her chest as their paws landed on the gravel of the sidewalk below them. "Watch out, there's a road."
