OOC: No, it's called planning ahead :)
IC: Selene smiled.
OOC: No, it's called planning ahead :)
IC: Selene smiled.
Tchono smiled," I'd love for company. Let's teach you hunting! COme one!" The wolf bounced to his paws and padded a few feet.
For the first time since Jump died, Selene felt truly happy. She felt as if a large, heavy rock had been lifted off her chest.
OOC: What I meant was- All these pups are the same age. Then, they grow up at the same age. Then, when the pups come, Drift would probably be years older... That's what I meant when I said 'weird' :) If you want, I can make a wolf for Drift to fall in love with, though!
Ebony happily followed after Tchono. He couldn't wait to go hunting!
"I bet I'll be the best hunter yet!" he bragged to Selene, puffing out his chest.
Tchono smiled," I know you will be! What do you think Selene?"
OOC: No, no, no that's not what I meant. i mean one Ebony and Midnight's pups fall in love with one of Drift's pups. but it would be nice for you to make a wolf for drift. :)
IC: Selene smiled. "I think that he'll be able to catch the biggest elk in the herd all by himself, but before that, he actually has to learn how to hunt," she barked, half teasing.
OOC: Oh, okay, I didn't catch the 'pup' part (: Then yes, that would totally be fine with me!
Ebony basked in Tchono's praise, but Selene had cut it short.
"Well, obviously I have to learn how to hunt," he snorted, playfully nipping the she-pup's ear.
Selene dodged and nipped back. "I bet you can't beat me in a race, though. Im going to be the best runner in the entire pack. I'll be the one to drive the elk to you, how about?" she boasted, her silver fur bristling with confidence.
Ebony squealed at Selene's nip, clearly not as fast as her.
"I'm good with that. At least I get the glory of killing the elk!" The young wolf pointed out, sticking up his muzzle.
"But you wouldn't be able to kill the elk if I didn't practically hand it over to you," she shot back playfully. "Maybe Ill give you a little credit sometimes," she barked.
Shadow smiled to see her son go off. She looked around for Tamaska and Lily.
Tchono raised his tail," AH, all parts in a hunt are equally important. Without the runners, the elk wouldn't be tired. Without the final bite, there would be no food. My uncle, Koda, the lead hunter of his pack had an intelligent way of killing elk. Today, we are all runners. After we teach you how to scent and stalk, i'll tell you his method." The older wolf (Bt he's nopt really old, I was just rfurring thathewas older than Ebony. XD ) stated and loped away. Calling over his shoulder, he said," Oh, yea, Since we are racing, GO!" he woofed playfully.
Selene's eyes sparked with excitement and she darted away, her small paws barely touching the ground. She burst through the greenery and caught up to Tchono.
Instead of giving Selene a retort, he flicked his ears to listen to Tchono. Shrugging, Ebony raced up to his mentor and Selene, not far behind, yet still panting.
Selene smiled at him, then looked at Tchono. "So, what are we hunting? Rabbits? Raccoons?" she asked eagerly.
(I'm back!)
Midnight sat around completely and utterly bored.
ooc: I'm back tooooo!!!:]
ic: Kate yawned and licked her ginger colored flank.
Lily smiled at the young drift
Selene smiled at him, then looked at Tchono. "So, what are we hunting? Rabbits? Raccoons?" she asked eagerly.
He chuckled," Only the best! Mice! Best way to teach how to hunt small animals."
Selene's ears drooped. "Mice? What good is that going to do? They're hardly even a snack, let alone an actual meal," she thought to herself, but stayed silent.
Drift glared back at Lily.
