Goldeye hovered high above the camp - a skill only kestrels, hummingbirds, and kites possessed. She watched the small group dive towards a young-looking hawk. The bit of skin at the corner of her beak curled in a smirk. Then she frowned and dived towards them. She recognized the hawk, she thought. Her stereoscopic vision zoomed in on the young hawk as she dived, confirming it.

Sintora looked up to see a golden streak zipping down towards a group after a young hawk. Goldeye, for sure - no other kestrel flew at her closest friend's altitude. She lofted into the air and sped up, meeting her friend halfway. "Something up?" she shreed.
"I recognize that hawk," Goldeye called.
Sintora said nothing more, only flew as fast as she could. Goldeye was always faster, though, as she swooped towards them in a gold-copper blur.

[Yes, I know that's a male kestrel, but I did my best.]

[Sweet, both! I got to raise a baby beaver and we released him <3 I've also helped raise baby raccoons, barn owlets (lots and LOTS of barn owlets - those things eat 6 mice a day! Six! Do you have any idea how long it takes to gut, skin, and cut up into bite-sized pieces 24 mice a day when you have four barn owlets?!), the occasional opossum (with permits, of course), red-tailed hawks, and more. I'm also sometimes my mom's anesthesiologist (did I spell that right? ???) in surgery, making sure the patient doesn't die on the table (no pressure, right..?). Cool. Except for the fact that I do this every day. Gets to be a bit tough after a while, to be honest. XD
Was that bragging? I wasn't trying to brag, but sometimes it comes out that way. ???]

Lol i have saved a baby squirrel, after a storm, saved four kittens, two of which died, one died because it was the runt, and the other one was sold and the last I kept, I tried to bring a house sparrow egg back to life but failed, tried the same with a goose egg I found but failed again, I found a dead baby mole one time? No no anyone? Nevermind. -_- back to rp

AND nasty fact,: I took that dead mole, wrapped it up in paper towels and put it in my jacket pocket and took it to school. It STUNK. And my teacher wrote a note home. And I kept Showing it to everyone
