  • Azenor nodded. "I was always wondering about that, and it took me a while to realize that it was the new moon doing the trick."

OOC We need to have our characters truly come together. Maybe Aiden comes back to the house??

  • Wolf nodded and inhaled, your foods almost ready. He commented. He glanced down at his hands and let his fingers form into claws and then back to fingers, repeatedly.

  • Azenor looked over at the soup, surpsised. She had cut the rabbit meat into smaller pieces to make sure it cooked quickly, but she hadn't realized that so much time had passed. She spooned the bones out of the soup, grabbing them in her hands, despite their temperature. She walked over to the broken window and tossed them outside, their use exhausted. "I'll get some bowls from the kitchen and then I'll be right back." She left and did just as she said, fetching two bowls and two spoons, then returning. She served him first, filling up the bowl generously before passing it to him with the spoon in it.

  • Wolf took the bowl and smiled at her, silently thanking her. He held the spooon and used it to start eating the soup. He watched her while he ate, curiously

  • Azenor served herself and began to eat the soup silently, focusing on the food with a single-minded focus. She emptied her bowl quickly, draining the broth and everything else.

  • Wolf finished his food not long after. He set the bowl down beside him then yawned. He covered his mouth with his hand while he yawned, to cover his lack of tongue

  • Azenor watched Wolf as he finished his food. Then she spoke. "There's a clean bedroom upstairs if you're tired. I may not take the best care of this house, but the bedrooms are clean." She stood up, stretching her arms. "I can show you the way, if you want?"

  • Azenor smiled, a full, genuine smile, the first in six years. "Thank you," she said with an amiable voice unlike her previous tone. She began walking to the stairs. "This way," she prompted, and began making her way up the narrow staircase.

  • Wolf smiled, noticing the change in her tone and attitude. He walked after her. He looked round at the rooms they passed through and as they walked up the stairs

  • Finally, they came to a room which had once been occupied by a boy about their age. Azenor opened the door and led him in, walking over to the window to close the shutters. "This side of the house faces east, so you'll know when it's sunset," she said brusquely. "There are some clothes in these drawers that might fit you, if you want to change. You can keep whatever you find that you like, don't worry about repaying me." Standing by the door once more, she hesitated, at a loss for what else to say. "I'll see you at nightfall, then?" she asked tentatively, for once, not 100% confident and sure of herself.

  • Summer shifted into a sleak silver and black wolf. she looked back at aiden and then took off into woods her wolf was strong and very large. she was super fast too.

    see ya guys at nightfall!!!!

  • Daeva three sentces or more pwease.

Summer ran as fast as she could throw the woods. she dashed in and out of tree and hallows and rrolled around in the mud just for fun. she loved being herself but she wish aiden had come with her.

  • Azenor closed the door quietly and went back downstairs, treading softly on the wooden floorboards. She rotated the hook that the soup pot hung from, so that the soup was almost completey off of the fire. It was close enough, however, that it would simmer throughout the day and never grow cold. She picked up the bowls and spoons, and took them to the kitchen sink. After throwing a towel over the bowl of bones, to protect them from flies, she washed the dishes, dried them, and put them away. Then she went outside and set to work tanning the rabbit skin. If she worked hard enough at it today, she would get twenty bucks or more at market tomorrow. As she worked, she felt the urge to sing one of the celtic tunes her mother had taught her; not wanting to be overheard, she began humming merrily as she set about her work, seeing the world a little differently, now that she wasn't alone.

  • Summer stopped in her tracks. she smelt another werewolf and another hyburd. she snuck over to the tree lin and watched the werewolf girl from the shadows. she nsrrowed her gaze and went to leave. she stepped on a twig and it snapped. she held her breath.

  • Wolf sensed another hybrid like himself. He left the house and glanced at Azenor before looking round. He listened intently, curious of whether the hybrid would come out, since he couldn't call to her.
