Sunstripe looked over at Pinekit, "did you say something Pinekit?"

Sunstripe tilted her head, "well what did you say?" she purred then started to clean flamekit
"you hate me you like all the other kits better" Pinekit mewed.
Sunstripe sighed and said, " i dont know what i did to hurt your feelings but i like you just as much as i love all the other kits she" licking him on the head
Rosepetal signed.

Heatherkit gave her brother - Pinekit - a startled look. She doubted that Sunstripe liked any one of them more than the rest, though it might seem that she disliked him more because she had to keep scolding him!
"How soon until we become apprentices?" she asked Sunstripe.
Sunstripe looked out the window, "Rosepetal you were going to take them to tall pines right? I think the snows lightening up but do you think it might be to cold for the kits?" she asked with worry in her voice. She went over to lick Flamekit again.
"It's your choice but I would make sure they do not die and I would brig them home when they are hungry" she said.

Sunstripe sighed and said, "i will come with you. Heatherkit and Flamekit you come to okay? this way you can see the camp. If you get cold or i if i hear one sneeze we are coming back here immediatly!" she said looking at everyone of them.
Heatherkit bounced up and down. "Yay! We get to go exploring!"
((shouldnt they just check out the camp? kits hardly ever leave camp...))

"YAY" mewed Flamekit and Firekit together.

(( i thought you wanted them too go besides, there would be no one to watch them. also like heatherpatch said the kits are a little to young to go out especially in the winter.))
Sunstripe sighed and got up looking out the nursery to see the snow

Firekit and Flamekit ran outside and began to play in the snow.
Rosepetal followed them.
"C'mon, Sunstripe," Heatherkit mewed, before chasing after her orange-coated brothers.
Sunstripe sighed before picking up Pinekit by the scruff of his neck and raced out side. "Dont get yourselves to wet now!" she meowed.
"hey i don't need to be carried" Pinekit mewed.
Sunstripe looked down at him amusment twinkling in her eyes. she started cleaning him
