"please... Hunter... Im sorry.. I wish it was simple to tell you the first day I met you... but I just couldnt..." she said with sadness in her eyes.

Hunter sighed and his fist crenched and relaxed, "Yeah, and I wouldn't have fallen in love with you..." he whispered, his heart broken.
-
"I... im sorry... I know you probably hate me now... and maybe I deserve it." she said, looking away as she started to cry.
-
Hunter turned around and hugged her softly, his head resting on top of hers.
-
She was somewhat surprised but she hugged him back, not asking any questions.
-
Hunter sighed and ran a hand through her bleach blonde hair, "I'll miss you, Jack..." he sighed, hugging her tightly. "I cant stay here, I have to go... I have to spread autumn to the world" he told her with dismay in his voice.
-
"Take me with you..." she said looking up at him.
-
Hunter looked down at her, "I cant, Jack, I have to go alone" he told her with a stroke to her cheek and a kiss to her forehead.
-
"But I dont belong here... Im the spirit of winter and winter is right after fall" she said.
-
Hunter sighed and looked down at her with dull green eyes, "Alright" he told her, hugging her again and resting his head on top of hers.
-
she hugged him close.
-
Hunter ran a hand through her almost white hair, "Hey, Jack" he started with a dull and doubting sound to his voice.
-
"Yeah?" she asked.
-
"What if you can't go back to your boy form?" he asked with a unreadable tone of voice.
-
"I... I dont know. Ive been thinking about that but... I have a hunch that pitch was responsible for this." she said.
-
Hunter sighed and nodded then turned away from her, "Hey um... If... you can't go back to... you know, your other form um..." he trailed off, scratching the back of his neck. "Would you consider... um..." he stuttered, his face becoming so red that it looked unnatural.
-
"consider.... what?" she asked.
-
Hunter sighed and looked down at the ground, "Nevermind. It's stupid" he told her.
-
"hey, you can tell me" she said with a smile.
-
Hunter sighed, closing his eyes to he wouldn't see her disgusted face. "Would you consider, if you can't turn back, um... consider g-going out... with me?"
