    Darktail perked up and rushed ahead again, nearing a large fallen oak tree. " on the other side of the tree is a clearing. It's were warriors used to train their apprentices. Even med-cats teach battle moves to their apprentices in case they have to defend themselves." He started to explain.



    "Yeah, probably…" she whispered back. She looked up and over at Darktail. "Maybe you will get to train with us!" Riverpaw mewed to Jadepaw.

    "You get to go to the mooncave first, too! Can you tell me what it's like when you get back?" she said, sounding excited. "You get to see dead cats from the past. That's so cool!"

    The young cream apprentice nodded. "Yes. I'll tell you all about it when I get back." Jadepaw mewed to Riverpaw. He was really starting to like the she-cat even though he knew that was a bad thing.

    IC; The young kit pouted. "They said I'm not old enough. I think I am though, I'm almost four moons!" She looked at Whitenose. "Don't you think I'm old enough?" Dawnkit asked curiously. Her golden pelt seemed to glow in the sun.

    "Oh, you may be to young to explore and train, but not in my eyes. Tonight I will visit you in a dream and give you some advice to become the strongest warrior in the clan," she said.


    Riverpaw purred and then looked at Blossompaw and Flamepaw. "What do you guys thi-"


    She was cut off again by Darktail. "No talking while an elder speaks, Riverpaw. How about you apprentices come to the clearing, I can show you some battle moves."


    Riverpaw looked at the others excitedly and raced over to the clearing. "Race you guys to the clearing!" she shouted.

    Jadepaw paused slightly before he pelted after the other cats. He may be smaller than everyone else but he was fast on his feet. He zipped past Flamepaw and Blossompaw jumping onto hollow log.

    IC; Dawnkit's eyes widened. "Really??" She asked with obvious eagerness in her voice. "But how come it has to be when I sleep? Can't you show me now?" Circling around the she-cat, her yellow eyes sparkled. "I bet you are a great warrior!"

    Whitenose gave the small kit a warm look. "I can't show you right now because its a secret. If the other apprentices found out I was helping you, they would get upset." she replied.

    Jadepaw squealed in surprise and he fell back onto the ground. He scrambled to get to his paws and sneezed. "Hey!" He mewed loudly as he followed her and tried to pounce on Riverpaw.

    Riverpaw shreiked and fell as Jadepaw pounced on her. She slipped off the log and fell into the clearing, stunned a little, then shook her head. "I won!" she shouted triumphantly.


    Darktail suddenly started to chuckle. "I should fuss at you for playing around like that…" he stepped into the clearing after them.

    Jadepaw snorted as he scrambled back to his paws. "Only because I helped you." He mewed a twinkle of mischief in his eyes. "What are we going to learn Darktail?" He mewed turned to the tom.

    Darktail, "hm… is everyone in the clearing?" His eyes scanned over the alprentices. "Hurry on over Flamepaw and Blossompaw," he called to them.

    IC; Dawnkit's eyes twinkled. "Ohhh.. That makes sense!" She thought for a moment, then said, "Are you gonna teach me how to turn into a moth?" She asked.

    IC; Silverstream ambled over, her silver pelt seeming to shine in the sunlight. "You don't need to fuss Darktail, they're young! I remember the days when I played like that too" Sitting down next to the dark warrior, she started licking her paw.
    (Just realized I made Silver seem like she's old. Oh well! xD)


    Dawnkit sat down. "Ohhh, that made sense!" She paused, thinking. "Are you gonna teach me how to turn into a moth like you did??"

    "Hm? Oh I didn't turn into a moth, I was hiding and stepped out when it flew near me," she replied. "Now I must go now…" she said, sprinting away.


    Darktail looked at the warriors ," I forget, you all haven't trained yet. You can join the training too."

    Illusiongaze shook her head slightly. "I am fine. I have my own...kind of training." She mewed to Darktail as she sat at the edge of the clearing. She had taught Jadepaw the same training as well.

    IC; Silverstrike looked at Darktail. "We need to train too?" She asked, slightly confused. "Aren't we already warriors?"


    Dawnkit, still sitting there, watched Whitenose sprint away. Now in a better mood, she got up and continued her self-guided tour through the camp. Normally, she hated sleep time as she could be using the time to do other things, but now she couldn't wait to fall asleep tonight. Whitenose is gonna show me how to be the best warrior ever! Everybody else will be so jealous of my awesomeness! She thought happily.
