Shypaw awoke one morning in her nest with all the apprentices surrounding her. "Hey Shypaw! Lets go train with our ment- OOps! i forgot you dont have a mentor!" She cried a bit as the other apprentices mocked her. She watched all the apprentices go by with their mentors
Pebblefoot stalked up behind Shypaw and sat beside her, "Cheer up Shypaw, just ask (something i dont know who)star if you could have a mentor, im free to be a mentor also."
ShyPaw's nose crinkles "Im sure Shallowstar will let you be my mentor!" She jumps up with exciment "And you can teach me how to hunt.. and swim and and" she thrashes her tail playfully
"Well, then lets just go and ask her if your that excited!" Pebblefoot mewed with amusement.
Shypaw turned around, and dared off to Shallowstars den. She waited for Pepplefoot. ^3^ "Hurry up, your slow as an elder!" she joked
"Oh really?" Pebblefoot joked and darted right past her to Shallowstar's den.
Shypaws' mouth dropped as the wind gushed by her face, she took a moment, laughed and padded behind her "You are fast!" she said
"Told you," He smirked and turned to wait outside of the leader's den.
ShallowStar leaped from his den and was suprised to see them near "Oh, oh my. What have we got here.: He sat down
Shypaw blushed a bit and hid her head behind Pepplefoot whispering " You tell her."
"Alright," Pebblefoot whispered back," I think that it is time, Shallowstar, for Shypaw to have a mentor. And I was wondering if, you know, I could be her mentor?"
Shallostar looked around at Shypaw then back at Pebblefoot. "IF you would like to be her mentor that would be fine."
Shypaw leaped with excitement." Yay!" she yowled
Pebblefoot padded away to the camp entrance and called out to Shypaw, "Come on!"
Shypaw darted off and stumbled to Pebblefoots paws
Pebblefoot set his tail onto his apprentice's shoulder and walked her to the training clearing. "So... What do you want to learn first?"
"How to swim!1 We are Riverclan cats after all" she jumped up with love of water
Pebblefoot smiled and darted past Shypaw, playfully knocking her to the side slightly. "Come on!" He called to her. He ran down to the lake and jumped in.
Shypaw raced down to where Pebblefoot was andleape into the shore of the lake "its cold.."
"Eh, you'll get used to it." Pebblefoot meowed as he waded in towards his new apprentice.
"oh well," She smiles and dived in the water undernethe pebblefoot and out behind him
Pebblefoot watched as Shypaw went under him and came up behind him. "Are you alright?" He asked as she went to the deeper parts behind him.
