His father became head game maker and now is retired happily in the Capitol. His mother gave birth to him and his brother and sister. He is sad to say his brother turned out to be a traitor and his sister died in the rebellion when she was only a baby.

    History/Family if any: She has a mother who works in a butchery. She is quiet and keeps herself to herself and therefore leaves Bailey to fend for herself. Her father is always working in the mines and is rarely home, so basically Bailey is left to look after her little brother and look up to her older sister. Her older sister is called Rhea and competed in the Hunger Games when she was 15. She lives with her family still sharing her victors house with them. She is also quiet and subdued though before entering the games she was quite the opposite but now you can often hear her screaming and chattering hysterically in her sleep or rocking herself as she dreams off always shaking her head slightly to come back to the present.
