    IC: Marzipan smiled and said, "Thanks Eclipse!" Standing up, she strode over to Katara and said, "Are you alright Katara?"[/fancypost]

    The black wolf simply lay there panting, white pounder snow drifting and twirling down around him and settling on his fur. The crystals seemed to dance as the fell, he breath condensing in the cold air and disturbing the pattern. Despite being beaten, Kyousuke managed to smile. "Guess I'm... out of practise..." His amber eyes trailed the blue wolf as she walked off, blood dripping from the blind eye socket after she had nicked it with a claw earlier. Of course, he didn't notice— he'd lost all sensation in that eye long ago. It was a struggle to stand, but he managed, legs quivering pitifully from blood loss. Looking around the group for a moment, he held his head proud, but was shamed inside about losing to a she wolf. The he wolf limped off to underneath a tree that was a few meters away from the group and sat there, tending to his wounds and keeping his gaze low.

    When Marzipan came and sat down next to her, she gasped "Oh, look at you! You're a right, rotten little mess sis'! Let me get you cleaned up..." She started to lick the fur clean, wrinkling her nose at the taste or wolf blood.

    IC: Katara sat down a ways off and licked her neck. Her eyes narrowed. She sighed and stood. Padding to a little stream and drinking.

    IC: Giggling, Marzipan looked at her sister and said, "I'm fine...." Then trailing off as she saw Kyousuke, she grabbed some extra herbs and swent towards him. "Alright Kyousuke! Don't snap at me or you won't be able to again...." Sitting down, she helped him with his wounds. Seeing the cuts, she licked them clean.[/fancypost]

    He went to bare his fangs, but hesitated, nearly falling over with the exertion. Instead, he settled for a soft growl, but said nothing, humbled instantly. "..." There was a heavy silence before he said "...Marzipan, was it? I apologise for doubting you. If you could forgive my... Foolish actions, I want to start over with those in the group."

    IC: Katara drank. Wanting to be away from all the blood and aggresive wolf kyousuke.She sighed and touched the water. Watching the ripples. Her eyes looking at her reflection she sang a song softly.

    IC: Marzipan just looked down and said, "The name is Marzipan, you're right on that......But I don't know if you really mean that about starting over....." And looking up she slathered the poultice she had made over a long wound. Then, transforming into a human, she pulled out an eye patch and placed it over where his missing eye was. Leaning against the tree she sighed. "Why don't you think anything about having family? Maybe if you tried to think about having a family, or the pack being your pack....You'd be happier. And by the way, no matter if you ever deny my help or not, I'll still help, snap my leg if you have to, I'll still help."[/fancypost]

    IC: Katara sighed and got up. Beginning to pad back to the rest. " We can stay here for another night or two until everyone is ready to travel again." she murmured before limping to a hollow and curling up. Her eyes closed for once.

    Akina's wounds where stole oozing sticky crimson. As she just lay there, eyes half closed panting.

    IC: Katara had curled up tightly. She was near kyousuke but for now she trusted him not to cause trouble after the fight. Her eyes closed and she slept. Her white fur stained crimson.

    "You know me too well..." He started to chuckle, before being interrupted by a violent coughing fit, red fluid dripping from his lips. "Thanks for the offer Marzipan darling, but I'll have to pass. I don't believe in family." However, this time as he said this, he sounded less sure of the words. He shied away from the eyepatch, changing to his human form instead and taking the material, turning it over in his hands. His appearance was that of a tall young man with raven dark hair in a messy bed-head hairdo. He had a shaggy side fringe that effectively covered his blind eye, but the scars were still visible. Kyousuke was wearing a simple black hoodie and black cargo pants with combat boots, giving him the look of a somewhat unruly teenager. His deep voice was smooth and rich as he sat next to Marzipan and stared up into the sky. "I had it all once— A loving family, a pack, a... Mate, and the promise of pups. We had food, a safe place to sleep and the comfort of 'home'. That just isn't supposed to last in a world like this..." He trailed off, dwelling on this thought.
