    Dreamer cowered in the corner of her stall as her owner came in with his whip. She could smell the whiskey on his breath. He gave a sly smile and began whiping her. Dreamer didn't cry out because she knew that if she did her would whip her harder and longer.


    He whipped her for a half an hour before growing tired and returning back to his cabin. She turned to look out her only window at the forest behind the stable. She longed to return to her old life of show jumping and dressage, but that was all behind her because of an acident which killed the mans daughter and hurt her, now he blames her and drinks and whips her every night before he gets to tired to continue and goes to bed.


    She stared out into the trees, day dreaming of what it would be like if she ran away, but how could she. The man locked the barn doors and her stall door every time he left. She sighed and layed her head on the windows ledge.

    A 14 year old girl, named skye crouched upon the rafters above. She leapt down, barefoot and wearing rags. She walked up to the mare. "Hi there girl. "Want to be free? I know where you can be."

    Keni is a dark tiger dun stallion with a strong and bulky build. His brown eyes are mischevious and cold, and his personality is the same. His coal mane is long and windblown and his tail drags on the ground. He is a steady breed with a great stride and is very desirable for a reiner.


    Keni raised his broad head and flapped his lip.
