"Where have you been?" Shalynn's brother questioned with a sad face. "Don't do that, you know exactly where I've been." She retorted, maintaining his hardened gaze. "Mom and Dad are away looking for a new hollow," he answered after a short silence. "Oh...well, when they get back, tell them I dropped by and that I'm going to the Overland," she explained, wishing she could have said hi to her parents but glad to see her brother. "Good...good luck to you.." Her brother stammered as they both stood on their hindlegs to hug one another. She explained to him what the blossom was for before turning and bounding off back to the White Queen's castle, relieved her family was safe.

Shalynn scampered back toward the White Queen's castle, feeling like she'd left a part of her back with her family at the tree hollow. She shook away the thoughts clouding up her head and continued on until the castle finally returned to her view.
