    Vitani leapt over a shallow part of the river and continued towards the fighting sounds. And soon the scent of her brother flooded to her, and another familiar one she couldn't pin-point. She stalked through the tall grass and stopped. The sounds were very close now, and she could tell they were coming from the next clearing over. She bushed some tall blades of grass away and was shocked to find her brother fighting with the cub she had seen a few days before. Vitani leapt out of the bushes and growled, "What do you think your doing!" She snapped, glaring at the two tussling cubs.

    Kovu didnt let go until he pushed kopa off saying "he started it" he stood shaking his fur

    Vitani bit her lip, "Uh...I don't know..." She was just as confused. She didn't know what was going on.

    Vitani flattened her ears, "What are you doing on this side of the boarder in the first place?!" She said, glancing around worriedly.

    Kopa yelped as he scratched his eye. what is simba going to say?! "He's the one who crossed the border! If I'm going to be king I need to defend my territory."

    Vitani's gaze softened at her brother, but her voice was still stern, "Come on lets just leave." She glared at Nuka, "I'm coming okay?!" Her tail lashed and she nudged Kovu to follow Nuka.
    Then she angled her ears to the other cub, "Why did you have to attack my brother!" She snarled.

    "I just wanted to make Simba proud... He's always so protective I just wanted to show I'm I can do things on my own," Kopa said, ears drooping.

    Vitani flattened her ears in sympathy, "Yeah, I know how that feels..." She glanced away and sighed, "Sorry about my brother, he didn't mean any harm." She sat down, and shuffled her paws.
