OOC: I still have no idea how to start this as you didn't give me a specific topic; but here it is, as promised.

~Alrighty.
Lucas trudged down the street, the smell of fish making him sick. He hated fish. They were disgusting, slimy and smelly. He hated this place, the place where everything wreaked of fish. He sighed, finally reaching his home. He threw open the door, ready to be home. "I'm back!" he called his voice echoing through house. That was strange. His brother was always home. "Felix?" he said, wondering what was going on and where his little brother was.

I'm sick of looking for those heroes in the sky
To teach us how to fly
Together we cry, we cryA young girl of around fourteen walked down the street, fiddling with her fingers and watching feet; one in front of the other. She reached up quickly to push her blonde bangs out of her shining blue eyes.

Lucas ran outside, slamming the door as he went, "Felix!" he yelled, receiving strange looks from many of the fish vendors. He ran to the vendors one by one, asking each if they had seen Felix. He sighed, giving up and leaned against a wall, felling like he had just found a great treasure and had lost it.

Together we cry, we cryThe blonde girl crinkled her nose, looking up to find the origin of the horrid stench. "Ugh, God," she murmured as she realized that she had walked into one of the large fish markets. As men and women called out their freshest catches and lowest prices, she put her left hand over her mouth and nose, trying to keep from vomiting.

"God..." Lucas mumbles, sighing and sitting down. "What if I never find him?" He sighed, standing up. Might as well get home, he was never going to find his brother out here, much to crowded. His brother would show up sometime. Whether he would find his brother alive or not he didn't know.

Together we cry, we cryThe girl frowned, glancing around to find the source of the new voice. Unlike the others, it sounded young and was not as loud- curious how she could hear him, isn't it?. "Find who, I wonder; well I'd sure like to find you," she mused, not thinking anyone would be able to hear her, so what she said wouldn't matter much.

Lucas looked around, "Huh?" he grunted, thinking he had heard another voice. "Must just be my mind playing tricks on me." he sighed, "No one could have been talking to me."

Together we cry, we cryThe girl's frown deepened, hearing the voice again. "N-no, I believe that was me you heard," she said, "but I wasn't exactly talking to you..."

Lucas stared at the girl, "Who are you?" he asked, having not ever seen the girl around the fish market.

Together we cry, we cryThe girls cheeks flushed bright red and she pushed her blonde bangs out of her eyes again. "I... well, I don't know..." She mumbled, feeling quite embarrassed to say she didn't even know who she was.

"You don't know who you are?" Lucas asked, "That's stupid."

"Lucas, Lucas Abbery. Do you at least know where you come from?" the boy asked, wondering if the girl was from around here.

Together we cry, we cryThe girl paused, racking her brain for a minute before looking up at Lucas with wide, hopeless eyes. "No, I don't," she said in a quiet, sad voice.

Lucas sighed. "You can come stay with me if you you need a place to stay." he said. "On one condition, of course."

Together we cry, we cry"Really? What's the condition?" The girl said, staring up at Lucas in shock. She hadn't talked with anyone she'd seen yet, and someone this stranger, Lucas, was offering her somewhere to stay; it was odd, but at this point she was willing to take what she could get.

"You have to help me find my brother." Lucas said, "He's short, kinda chubby. Brown hair and eyes." He said, motioning with his hands.

OOC: I just had a dream that told me to kill one of my new characters in that new thing I've started writing.

OOC: Kill.
