    1) An electric mouse Pokemon. It is the mascot of the series and is an electric type. It was introduced in Red and Blue versions and it's Pokedex number is 25. It's appearance is that of a yellow rodent with a lightning bolt shaped tail, red cheeks which store electricity, and long, pointy ears that have black tips.
