Windgust nodded sadly. "I know. I'm worried too." He looked at Snowpaw, his eyes misted with tears. "I just don't want anybody getting hurt."
Firebreeze ran full-tilt through the territory. "Windgust!" She howled. She prayed that it wasn't he who was hurt.

Inkstar slung the top half of Frostbite onto him, before answering Tigerpaw. "Badger killed Frostbite. You can follow us back to camp to mourn." Inkstar meowed, slowly carrying Frostbite back to camp.
Deathspirit walked beside his leader, head hanging. The damp body on him was making his pelt soaked, but honestly, did it matter? He then watched as they arrived, earning a stare from his younger sister.

Windgust pricked his ears. Did someone just call my name? No...it must've been his imagination.
As they arrived in camp, Inkstar set Frostbite in the middle of camp. He looked around, it look like everyone's in camp he thought. Although, as he studied the scene more he realized Firebreeze wasn't here. Immediately the leader rushed over to Windgust frantically, "Where's Firebreeze?!
Windgust snapped out of his sad stupor and frantically looked around. "Firebreeze!" He yowled.
Firebreeze heard someone howling her name and stopped running. She recognized that voice. Windgust is okay! "Windgust!" She yelled back. She smiled happily and started running back to the camp. Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen and stumbled. "No...not now!" She hobbled as quickly as she could back to camp without much success. Another pain gripped her stomach, and she howled in pain, falling to the ground.

Windgust looked at Snowpaw and Inkstar with a worried look. "W-Was that Firebreeze?" He stammered, referring to the yowl that had sounded deep within the territory.
Inkstar looked at Windgust, "Someone get Shatteredhope! She's kitting!" He yowled urgently. Pausing slightly, the black furred tom rushed towards Firebreeze.
As Windgust bolted out of camp, he shouted Shatteredhope's name, hoping she could hear him. He was fast, but Inkstar reached the Queen first.
Firebreeze sighed in relief at seeing her brother and Inkstar rushing towards her. She gave them a strained smile before yowling as another contraction hit her.
Thinking quickly, Windgust gave Firebreeze a thick stick to bite down on, praying that Shatteredhope would reach them in time.
Shatteredhope was already hot at their tail, herbs wrapped tightly in leaves dangled fro m her jaws. Seeing that Windgust already prepared she placed a paw on her flank, pushing down,"I need you to start pushing okay?" She urged.

Firebreeze sighed in relief once her four kits were born. All of them nuzzled into her belly, and she laid her head on the ground, panting.
Windgust seemed to have forgotten about the sadness he had been feeling as he looked at his kin, his eyes sparkling. "What are you going to name them?"
OOC- This is the time to reincarnate Frostbite, if you want. 
Shattrredhope faked a smile,"I... I'm sure they are beautiful..." She mumbled to herself, gathering up her herbs and bushing burdock to Firebreeze,"These will help with the milk." She murmured.
Coffeekit mewled and moved towards his mother.

Inkstar smiled at the new litter, his sadness forgotten, they had lost a life, but gained new ones.
Cherrymask saw FrostBite's limp body in the clearing. Her eyes grew wide and she felt suddenly...cold inside. Th she-cat wearily padded towards the warrior, her eyes heavy and glazed with fear. What had killed him? She gasped as she saw teeth inflicted marks on his neck and bristled. "A Badger...?" She meowed weakly and shivered.
OOC- Yep!
Firebreeze nuzzled the largest tom, who was very dark brown with faded amber and cream dapples. "This is Coffeekit." She moved on to the next kit: a white she-cat with silver tabby marks. "Airkit." The next kit had much longer legs and a longer tail than the other two and was a dark brown tabby tom. Firebreeze looked at him and glanced at Windgust. "This one will be Jackalkit."
Windgust frowned and stared at the kit. He did look like his father, but that didn't mean he had to be named after the irresponsible tom.
The last kit was (whatever Frostbite looked like. Was he a black tom? I forgot. :P) and he seemed to be the runt of the litter. Firebreeze smiled at the tom. "Nightkit."
