    Owlpaw set his head straight again. "What kind of stupid stuff? Is it the rogues you're worried about?" he asked.

    Owlpaw was a bit surprised at her reaction, and didn't answer for a moment. "It's fine. A lot of cats can't fight, and besides, the rogues have been stopped from taking over before."

    íc: Riverpaw turned her soft blue gaze onto Owlpaw, "Are you sure?" she shuffled a little closer to him, "But I guess we do have really good warriors to protect us, and I have friends like you who will help me."

    "Yes, I'm sure. And yes, I bet our warriors are the best in the forest." He smiled. "And we'll always be there for each other. See, no need to worry," Owlpaw assured her.

    íc: Riverpaw opened one of her deep blue eyes, "Duckpaw? She went out with, Falconpaw," she paused before saying his name but continued, "They went to go see Falconpaw's father or something." She lifted her head and looked at him, "Why?"

    "Oh, nothing. Just wondering." Owlpaw looked down at his paws, thinking about her. He sighed, then walked over to the fresh-kill pile again and grabbed another rabbit, laying down and taking big, hungry bites.

    Owlpaw finished off the second rabbit and buried the bones. He lay in the clearing, looking around at the camp.

    Owlpaw sighed again, still looking around for something to do. Finally he gave up and walked into the apprentice den, then lay down and closed his eyes.
