"Ok." Jenna said before hanging up. She sniffled and lied down and buried her head in pillow.
Matt slowly opened his eyes once more.

IC: Jake watched as the men lifted Matt onto the stretcher and moved him into the ambulance vehicle.
OOC:
Matt closed his eyes.
Jenna cried softly.

IC: The men closed the doors of the vehicle and drove away to the hospital.
Jake slipped Matt's phone into his pocket and tossed the bloody towels into the laundry room. He grabbed a box of tissues before hopping into his pick-up truck and driving to Jenna's friend's house.
OOC:
Jenna curled up in a ball shaking fearfully thinking if her mother found her.

IC: Jake pulled into the driveway of Becca's house. He stepped out of his truck and walked over to the front door and rang the doorbell.
OOC:
Jenna wrote a note to Becca saying what had happened and why she wasn't here. She grabbed her phone and slipped it in her pocket. She took a deep breath and answered the door. "Let's go." She sniffled.

OOC:
Jenna went in the passengers seat and closed the door. She put her seatbelt on and wiped her face.

IC: Jake pulled out of the driveway. "Wow. Your mom is really a jerk. How long has she been like this?" He asked.
OOC:
"Our whole lives. She never wanted kids. She hates kids especially us." Jenna said softly staring out the window.

IC: "Why haven't you called the police?" He asked softly, keeping his eyes on the road.
OOC:
"She'd shoot us if we tried. She shot me a year ago." She said pulling up her sleeve to see a hollow closed hole in her shoulder.

IC: "Wow." Jake said as he pulled into the parking lot of the hospital. He stepped out of the truck. "Let's go." He said.
OOC:
Jenna nodded she hopped out of the car. She walked beside Jake dabbing her eyes.

IC: Jake pulled open the door of the hospital and held it open for Jenna. Once they got inside, a nurse came up to him. "You guys must be here for Matt. He's going down for surgery, so you won't have very much time to visit. Follow me." She said, leading the way through a bunch of hallways.
OOC:
Jenna nodded a thanks to Jake. As she heard that Matt was going into surgery she burst into tears. "Wh...What?"

IC: The nurse didn't seem suprised that Jenna had bursted into tears. "It'll help him heal up." She said. She opened the door to the hospital bed where Matt was. "Hurry up, you two. Once the doctor comes in, you guys have to get out." She said.
Jake nodded. "Thanks." He said.
