Mooncloud sighed she couldn't sleep so she decided to go on a walk to the river,hoping the sound would sooth her.As she looked at the water she could see her reflection.Her forest green eyes shining brightly in the moon light.

Vixenfire padded up to the river. He stopped when he saw Mooncloud. He admired her shining green eyes. They were brighter than a thousand moons. He gathered himself up before padding out next to her. "May I join you?" he asked.

Mooncloud was startled by the Tom.Mooncloud had not heard him coming.But she got herself together and said,"Yes,the company would be nice."

Vixenfire dipped his head. "Thank you." he meowed then sat a little bit away from her.

"Why did you come out here?"she asked a hint of curiositity in her voice.

He smiled and looked at the sky. "I always come out here to think." he replied.

"Yeah,I came out here to clear my head"she said putting her paws in the river feeling the cool water rush past.

"Well if you want to talk I'm all ears." Vixenfire meowed kindly.

"It's just that lately everybody's been really stressed since that big battle nobody trust anybody anymore.I asked my own sister if I could see her kits and she attacked me thinking I was going to steal them.Never mind you wouldn't want to hear about that stuff."she said looking at the river.

Vixenfire smiled at Mooncloud. "Actually I am open to hearing anything. It's always best to talk out what's stressing you. Or its just going to be bottled up. That is until you burst because of how full of emotions you are." he meowed.

"Your really nice"she said purring with delight."You also have really good advice"she said smiling with joy.

Vixenfire smiled. "I will try to help anyone best I can. Now what's on your mind." he meowed delighted that she thought he was nice.

"Well there is one thing I wanted to ask you.Would you like to go hunting in the morning?"she asked shyly.

Vixenfire looked surprised then smiled. "Of course. I would be honored." he meowed.

"Thank you"she said watching the sun come up."Shall we go now?"she asked.

Vixenfire nodded and stood. He stretched out his bones and muscles.

"Let's go"she said with a small giggle

Vixenfire grinned and padded along beside her.

Mooncloud spotted a finch.She got into a crouch and jumped on her prey.With one quick bite to the neck.The finch was hers.

"Great Catch." he complemented. Vixenfire saw a squirrel on a branch. He leaped on to the tree next to the tree the squirrel was on and silently climbed up. When he was close enough he leaped grabbing the squirrel with his claw biting its next and landing on the ground.
