    "I have to go in, so unless you want to hang out in my yard, I think it might be better if you left," he says, smiling. His eyes sparkling as he walks up to the door. "Bye," he says, waving, and then walks in.

    Jacob gets a text from Ivy. Hi, he replies. I thought you were at school.

    Jacob blushes when he sees the text from Leona. He texts her back, I love you too. You're so pretty.. and I'll ask my mom about dinner, but I don't think my mom will let me. He turns to his mom. "Hey mom?"
    "Yes, dear?"
    "Can I go to a friends house tonight for dinner?"
    "Who is it?"
    "A girl named Leona... actually... she's uh kinda..." his cheeks turn blood red, but his mom only smiles. "Ok, honey. When do you go over?" Jacob smiles and texts Leona, She said yes! What time should I head over?

    Jacob texts her, Yes


    Jacob turns to his mom. "At 4:30. Me and her are... dating."
    Mom nods. "I know. Hop in the car. It's already 4:20."
    "Ok."
    Jacob flips his phone open. We're heading over, He texts Leona. Jacob stares out the window as his mom drives him to Leona's house. Finally, they get there at 4:28. "Bye, Mom," Jacob says and climbs out of the car. He walks up to the door nervously and rings the doorbell.

    Jacob laughs and tries to lick the tomato sauce off of his nose with his tongue. "Eh can' o it!" He days, trying to say, "I can't do it!" He wipes it off with his finger and then puts a spoonful of it on her nose. "You try!"

    Jacob helps. He eats a piece of pepperoni. "Hey, Leona, do you like pepperoni?" he asks while putting some on.
