    Samantha walked up to the school, her bag slung over her shoulder. She sighed, trying to make people think that she didn't want to be there, but in truth, she was excited, and she couldn't wait to see her friends. I wonder how their summers were... she thought, thinking back to her own summer. Trips to Italy, France, England, and many other places. She hadn't really had time to be with her friends.
    She walked through the doors of the school, and looked around for her friends.

    Zach walked into the school, beside his sister, a smile plastered on his face. He couldn't wait to see his friends and tell them about his summer. A whole lot of trips. He also couldn't wait to know about his friends' summer. He walked into the lobby, and looked around for his friends.


    Adrianna Sykes


    Adrianna walked up the steps of the school, a spring in her step and a small smile on her face. She smoothed down the front of her purple V-neck t-shirt that she was wearing with white skinny jeans and ballet flats. It had taken her a while to choose the perfect outfit for the first day of school, and she was proud of her choice. Taking her mind off her outfit, she looked around the group of high school kids to find her friends. She saw a few nervous looking kids who were most definitely freshmen. But other than that, she hadn't saw anyone she was very close to.

    IC: Samantha looked around and saw a partially familiar face. As she started to walk over to the girl, she grabbed the collar of her brother's shirt, and dragged him over to the girl with her. "Hi." she said as she walked up to Adrianna.

Her eyes flickered between the two then darted to the people around them for a milli-second, then she turned back to the two siblings.

    Adrianna shrugged," I went to a cheer camp then a riding camp. Besides that, I didn't really do much. I've got mixed feelings about today. I'm sad summer is over but I'm excited to see everyone again." She shrugged again and tried to think of something to say," So did you guys go anywhere special this summer then?"

But I guess the climates vary a lot, don't they?"

    Atlanta had mixed feelings about high school. She was excited about it but a little scared too. She walked over to a group of kids who appeared to be freshman. They all looked more nervous then herself. She found a chair by the group and pulled out a book on Geography.

    Gwen smooths out her shirt and jeans. She walks up the steps to High School.

    Jacob looks at all the lockers, looking for his. He finds it and opens it up. He smiles and sets all of his stuff in it.


    Gwen walks in and finds her locker. She opens it and puts her stuff in.

    Jacob hears the bell ring. He goes to his first class bringing his backpack along with him. He sighs and slouches down in his chair. He draws a scene of a warrior battling a dragon on his desk, not paying attention to the teacher at all.


    Gwen hears the bell and rushes to her first class. She neatly puts her stuff in her desk and half listens boredly.

    Gwen glances around, wanting to ask to go to the bathroom and then run out of High School. She doesn't, though.
