shadow watched the she-cat go. he felt energy surge through him. he quickly slipped down the tree. he looked around once he made it down and began to creep up towards the camp entrance. he kept close to the shadows, amber eyes small slits. Shadow careuly neared the resh kill pile. he paused, making sure no cat noticed the 'moving shadow' then, with a black flash, he lunged, grabbing a rabbit fro the pile and racing out of camp, shoving the guard aside as he ran

Snowgaze chased the rabbit to Leafstar
-
Leafstar lunged, catching the rabbit before it dissapeared inside it's hole
-
"Awesome catch"!! meowed Snowgazee
-
Distantglimmer yawned moving deeper. The fresh water making her sleepy...Sleepy...And she fell asleep! In the middle of the deep river! She sank underwater falling unconscious
-
Shadowpaw looked around for her mentor, Eclipsefate.
-
Swiftflight shook his head. "They won't even talk to me. They seem so secluded. And they're so much closer together than I am." He lay down beside Brightsky.
Morningdream abruptly got up.
"Come on Smokewhisper, let's go hunting." Smokewhisper nodded his head in agreement and followed her. -
Distantglimmer yawned moving deeper. The fresh water making her sleepy...Sleepy...And she fell asleep! In the middle of the deep river! She sank underwater falling unconscious -
"Eclipsfate?" Shadowpaw called.
-
Eclipsefate called out "Im here"
-
Morningdream went by the river when she saw Distantglimmer's form in the water. Smokewhisper looked there too.
"Smokewhisper, come on!" They jumped into the river and each grabbed Distantglimmer. They gently brought her head to the surface and dragged her out of the water.
"Is she alive?" Morningdream asked Smokewhisper.
"I'm not sure..." -
"Are we training?" She asked.
-
Distantglimmer sputtered out water. She got up. She laughed. "hahahahaha ! Your faces are like "OMG IS SHE DEAD?"" she giggled, she dipped her head in thanks and padded to camp
-
shadow raced on, greatful no cat noticed him. the rabbit swayed in his jaws as he zipped by. he leaped a fallen log, knowing his den wasn't too far. he ran beside a fairly large river, his paws kicking up dust that blinded him for a second. suddenly, he collided with something. he blinked, rubbing his eyes. he gasped, seeing the she-cat who had stopped him. fear of being caught grew in the pit of his stomach. quickly he turned tail and ran, hoping the she-cat wan't following
Brightsky nosed the prey closer to him, "its ok, im sure they have their reasons" she smiled kindly, "you can always talk to me you know" she punched his shoulder playfully, her eyes explaining her name. she look round camp. she felt a cold breeze ruffle her pelt and she shivered, fluffing out her tabby fur, "leaf bare is close...im not exited..."
-
"I guess not then, huh?" Shadowpaw mewed before turning around to head back in the apprentices' den.
-
"wha-Hey!" she yowled speeding after him. "Prey-stealer!" she hissed under her breath as she ran
"how about we Battle train?" eclipsedfate mewed
-
Shadowpaw perked her ears and turned around, "Really?" she asked, eyes lit up.
-
"Yeah come on. lets go to the training hollow" he mewed
-
"Okay!" She mewed and ran off to the training hollow.

shadow looked behind his shoulder, his eyes widening with fear. he turned back, putting on another burst of speed. but he knew he'd get caught. the swinging rabbit in his jaws was slowing him down, not to mention his rips screamed for breath. he looked at the other side of the river that marked the edge of clan territory. he glanced back at his pursuer. he thought quickly maybe if i cross the border she'll leave me alone! he felt a spark of hope and also dread, seeing how the water became more choppy and the current strong the more he ran downstream. his stomach growled, making him want to take in a gasp of air. he needed the prey so he'd have to take the chance.
he bunched his muscles and leaped to the side, flying through the air. but the rabbit puled him down. Shadow screeched with alarm, dropping the rabbit as his stomach slapped against the water with a loud splash
