"My anger is under control, Sir" the brute said coolly not phased by the growl "If I was not under control I wouldn't be able to handle this young pup every day...and I don't see myself barring my fangs at you...I'm merely stating facts" the German Shepherd lowered his head to whisper in Harmony's ear. The puppy blinked rubbing her muzzle against his leg. She still said nothing acting shy around the new dogs.

Guntiver dotted his sudden glare at the German Shepherd,t hen he bark at the dog once more "If you want her to live through this, then you must teach her how to fight! What if she is in a jam by herself and you can't do nothing about it?"
-
(I was talking to Darla when I said all those things) Neka nodded and curled up. How about some rest? She snorted and pressed herself against a metal pole. Can these dogs even survive? This question wasn't for Scythe or Guntiver but the others. She sighed and began to sleep.

OOC: I know, but he was barking at Darla for her question

Scythe Arose To His Paws, Glancing To Each Dog. "You All Need To Stop, Acting Like This Is Going To Get Us Killed. And As For You Darla, If You Would Stop Jumping To Conclusions, You Would Hear Us. I Know Where We Can Go For A Matter Of Fact. On The Outside Of The City, I Have A Cave That Is Hidden. My Family Would Go Camping Alot And I Stumbled Across The Cave. It Is Hidden, To Where No One Else Would Be Able To Find It. We Can Go There And Rest Until We Come Up With A Further Plan. Is That Alright Guntiver?" He Turned To The Leader, Tilting His Head To The Right. "Oh, And Darla, Calling Others Names Isn't Going To Result To Anything But Betrayal. So I Would Stop, Or Either Watch Out Next Time We Stumble Across Another Zombie, Because Hatred Grows And Revenge Sucks." He Muttered, Turning Back To Guntiver.

"She's too young to learn yet" Aztec said calmly not removing his stony mask for anyone "She'll end up hurting herself and then where would she be? Why do you think I even followed you in the first place? More dogs...better chance of her living..." His voice was calm with no tone to it as he sat. Harmony peeked her head from behind his legs. Her blue eyes were sad as if she didn't like the fighting going on. Aztec then said nothing more and looked at the tiny ball of fur under him.
-
Sighing from the result of them fighting like pups, Guntiver can't do nothing, but nod for an agreement to Scythe. He's a Mountain Dog for God's sake, not a wee old Toy Poodle! "I'm sorry..." whine Guntiver "but she have to in order to live! Just teach her the little things for, then as she grows teach her the big things."
-
"I...I know how to run really fast...." she said softly nuzzling Aztec's leg "And Big Brother taught me how to hide..." Her voice quivered every now and again. She didn't know these dogs yet. They were strangers to her. Harmony didn't like fighting. She was scared of anything even remotely like the monsters that killed her mother. Aztec sensed her turmoil and placed his free paw around the puppy which drew her to his belly protectively.
-
"Well, hiding isn't going to save you from everything out there, but being fast does." smile Guntiver "And Aztec, even though you don't want her to fight or get hurt, remember you must teach her how to be brave and strong."
-
Aztec grunted in reply his paw remaining on Harmony to keep her sheltered under his body. The blue eyed puppy blinked up at the larger dog in front of her brother. She tipped her head in a cute manner and let her nose scrunch as she memorized the dogs' scents around her. The floppy eared fae then sneezed her body shaking from the sudden jolt.

Scythe's Cranium Tilted To The Ground, His Optics Set On Their Destination. "Hey Kid," He Muttered, Looking Up A Bit At The Pup. The Male Turned Around And Walked Slowly To The Entrance Of His Room. He Looked Straight, Not Looking At The Pup. "Bless You." He Muttered. "We Must All Get Some Rest, We Need To Save Our Strength, Correct Guntiver?" His Optics Shifted Beside Him, Looking At The Leader.

"Correct, then Scythe will lead us through the subway-- If you can handle being the leader for a while done there, right?" smile Guntiver, shifting his paws as he flop on his belly, crawling back tot he broken stairs the had form a tiny den.

{Darla}
I grunt in response, turn, and sit down nearest to the entrance, gazing out its small opening to the barren land before me. They don't understand, do they? About what it means to live off of whatever comes your way? To thrive on nothing but the idea of seeing your family again? These aren't survivers, but instead just some lucky dogs that think they know it all just because they know the area. What will they do out in the open plains? Or in the mountains? Or by the sea? My ancestors were bred to pull and carry heavy loads. To brave the unexpected changes of my homeland. We were born knowing what to do in a crisis, relying on the terrain instead of each other. One of us alone made a pack.
What do these newbies have that I haven't seen before? -
The blue merle pup from under the large German Shepherd tipped her head at Scythe's words before dipping her head shyly in thanks. Her blue eyes linked with her guardians brown before she asked quietly if she could go play. "Stay were I can see you" he said bluntly which made the the little pup's eyes light up. The tiny puppy scrambled out from under the large brute which allowed him to slide down to his belly. She trotted a little ways away before starting to chase her no existing tail.
-
Neka heard the dogs talk. She sighed. She remembered Willow, her own little pup. She knew the others didn't know this but it was true. She curled up tighter. What was the use of being here anyway? Why couldn't she just survive on her own? She woke groggily from her sleep and turned to llook at the dogs. They all needed rest. She snorted and walked away toward a mud puddle. She looked into it and back aat the dogs. Why?? Whhy couldn't she survive alonne! What was the reason to stay!
-
Guntiver begins kicking and whining in his sleep; dreaming of that horror past of him in this dizzy lab, needles close up to his skin, and glaring at the other dogs with the same chemicals-- "AH!" yelp Guntiver, jointing upwards and by doing so, made him bop his furry head on the stairs. "Damn it..." swear Guntiver, rubbing his head with his massive paw "That dream again...But I still done understand it! I blackout after the needles touch me and the rest of the dogs turn ugly and zombies...But why not me?" think Guntiver.
-
Neka turns around at the sound of Guntiver hiting his head. She snorted and then turned around. She slipped past a trash can and saw blood. Blood? Why here? She stalked it quietly, still careful not to come into the shiny trail. Suddenly she saw a dog and a Batter! "What the heck!" she howled quietly. The Batter's beady black eyes met her's for just a moment then turned away. Why hadn't it chased her? She shrugged and slowly crept backwards.

{Darla}
Sighing, I shake my head and say, "I do believe drinking warm milk settles nightmares and the likes of them, sir. Either that or complete and utter silence and ignoring them."
When I see the she-dog that just barged into my face like she owns me walk out like it's nothing, I roll my eyes and stand in another position, so that I might not see what becomes of her. If she thinks she's all that and is invincible and no Zombie, or Licker, or any of those blighters can get her, let her do whatever. -
Harmony was having a blast chasing her own [unseen] tail. She twirled till she was dizzy and fell over near Darla. "Who-Whoops!" she yelped looking up from her back "Sorry M-Miss Darla" The pup wobbled to her paws before shaking her head to clear it. Her floppy ears slapped against her face before she perked at Aztec calling her. The small pup darted over though she wobbled in her stride and leaped onto his front paws. The rusty brute's eyes softened as he looked down at the blue merle fae and he leaned down to whisper something in her ear. She nodded yawning lightly before snuggling into his chest and curling up. Aztec almost smiled as he rested his head next to hers and closed his eyes.
-
"Eh? Oh, it's just nothing! No milk, thanks." smile Guntiver, being nonthreatening about the hidden dog and Batter; chuckling at the innocent eyes through Harmony was cute-- But beyond that smile, lays something useful that can help them work as a team; however, Aztec treat her like a baby! But dang, that bump on the head sure did made him slide past that nightmare, he should do that all the time!
