IC~Sarah opened her mouth to answer when McGonagall walked in through the doors, a stern scowl on her face. When she reached the front her gaze swept over the classroom for a moment,"First years will be learning the standard transfiguration spell of turning a match into a needle[Couldn't find the spell for it] while those past their first year will be learning to conjure a flock of birds[Avis]." she said, her face softening slightly to her usual look,"Page 127 for the first year students and page 290 for the Avis spell." she finished.
Sarah looked back at Finch as McGonagall finished talking, looking over her shoulder to make sure the professor wasn't coming her way,"I though I heard a roar during class, like last night, but I wasn't sure." She turned back as McGonagall started pass out matches, acting as if she had been reading all along.
