    Shadekit and Shadowkit
    We woke up the next day and chaced each other. We had forgotten all about the death, sorrow' and pain of our sisters and brother who died. We also forget about our mom that is also now dead. We looked at Amberwolf and purred

    Amberwolf
    Sitting in front of the nursery felt so natural to me, my tail curled over my paws. When Shadekit and Shadowkit purred at me, I smiled and mewed to them, "Which of you will be the best in the Clan?" I glanced at the warrior den, slightly confused, before turning back to my- the kits. Why wasn't Shiverfur up yet?

    Shadekit
    I yelled back to Amberwolf. "Mama I will be the best! !!!"


    Shadowkit
    I looked at my sister then at my reflection in a puddle. I knew its been four moons and I will be an apprentice.

    Sunstar looked at Shadekit and shadowkit. " MORE APPRENTICES" SHE SMILED " bUT WHO WILL BE THERE MENTORS" SHE SAID STUPPED ON THE THOGUHT.

    Amberwolf
    Chuckling, I stood and stretched before realizing that Shadekit had called me 'Mama'. Shiverfur padded out of her den at that moment and looked at me before saying, "Are you able to go out on patrol?"
    I looked at the kits and then nodded. "I think so."

    Amberwolf
    I frowned and mewed, "Shadekit, Shadowkit, Devilstar will watch you for... For Mama. I have to hunt for you guys now. I'll be right back." I licked both of their heads and then nodded to Devilstar.
    I bounded over to Shiverfur, who called out, "Nothing, Sunstar, just the kits. Any other warriors up for a patrol?" She added.

    Sunstar sighed hse nuddged Shiverfur tawords the warritor den. `You rest`she said `I can handle the clan ive done it before`sh e purred


    Moondazer walked up to his mother `I`ll help with patrol`he mewed¸.


    Sunstar nodded in aprovel. And Moondazer walked to the boders.

    Shiverfur
    I dipped my head to my leader and went to the warriors' den. I lay down in front of it and put my head on my paws, closed my eyes, and fell into a light sleep, where everything around me was noted in the back of my mind but I still felt time fly.


    Amberwolf
    With one last look back at the kits, the ones I had already begun to call mine, I trotted after Moondazer.

    Moondazer sat at the border of the clan. his tail was wrapped neatly around his paws. his blue eyes fixed on the forest.
