    Just as Crystal finished, she spotted her crush, Alex. He looked so cute with his black hair and sparkling green eyes. She found herself staring at him, and when he saw her, he gave her a smile and waved.


    He's probably with his friends. she thought. Then Crystal noticed he was in the same line as her.


    Alex looked at Crystal. He walked over. "Hey, you going on flight 10 too?"


    Crystal nodded."Yeah."


    Alex smiled."Great. I'll see you there." He walked back to his friends.


    Crystal blushed. She sighed."He's so cute." She said out loud, not meaning to.

    "So, how long you staying?" Asked Crystal.


    "The whole summer. My parents really want a summer to them selves so they sent me here." Said Alex. He made the island sound like a military camp instead of a vacation spot!


    As the sat down, Crystal pulled out her iPad and started playing Angry Birds.


    Alex pulled out his phone and called his mom.


    Crystal got up. So did Alex. They touched noses, and both blushed. Crystal stepped past to go to the bathroom.


    Alex went to sit next to his friend before the plane took off.

    Lucas tapped his fingers against his arm rest once he had sat down next to some girl listening to music. He rethought why he was even here. Oh right, because his parents got some invitation from some old friends to go to Paris so he was left to go to his families closest friends Island.

    Tyla settled deeper into her seat on the plane. She was one of the first to board and was the only one in her row of seats. Her earbuds were in her ears and the volume was low so she could hear the distant murmers of other conversation. Her eyes were trained on the crossword puzzle spread before her, and she was currently filling in one of the blank squares. Her gaze began to drift towards her window, and Tyla stared out the glass.
