Miles swept the two in a sideways glance. He decided to remain aloof, but watchful, and ventured a few more feet from Gracie. The empty space between them spoke "Platonic Relationship."

i got my mindset yon you.
there's nothing you can do to, to change
my mind about you.[font=georgia]Gracie cast a sideways glance at Miles, before turning back to the new arrival. "What's your name?" She asked, her voice a mixture of curiosity, confusion, and suspicion.

[glow=red,2,300]Lana
I will not bow...[/glow]Lana smiled, her sightless eyes twinkling. "Im Lana." She beamed.
-
Ann nodded, motioning for Jynx and the boy to follow her, then wrapped her arms around herself and began to trudge along, making her way back to the streets.

Gracie.
i got my mindset on you,

to change my mind about you.Gracie gave Lana a half smile. "My name is Exp-- Gracie," She said, slipping up a bit. Actually having a name would definately take some time to get used to. "And, this, is Ariel, Miles, Rogue, and Angel." She gestured to each of her companions as she said their names out loud.
-
Angel smiled.
Ariel nodded at Lana.
Lana glanced down. "H-how high are we?" She asked, blushing a little, having to depend on others to tell her whats happening.

"Well," he said, scratching the bridge of his nose in a pensive manner, his eyes retaining a reflective, faraway look. "I'm hungry. Let's hit a McDonald's." -
Gracie.
I got my mindset on you,

"Who said anything about paying?" He laughed aloud and flew in closer until the strokes of their wings buffeted his smiling face. "We do drive-through, and take off." -
Gracie.

LanaLana sighed and flew after them.
-
Gracie.
Gracie glanced at Miles, and waited to see if he wanted to land here, or farther off and walk back to the McDonalds.
-
((Let's wait for Rogue.))
The wind blew.
-
OOC: sorry guys

IC:
Rogue.
Icy white feathers caught the sun and shattered the light into a squillion rainbows as Rogue raced to catch up to the other escaped experiments. Reaching them, she slowed down and tried to catch her breath. "Sorry. Just making sure we weren't being followed."
-
Gracie.
what if i fall,
along the way,
would you be there,
to ease the pain?Gracie sent a small, half hearted smile towards Rouge. "That was a good idea," She murmered quietly, casting an anxiously instinctive glance behinf her as well.

Miles touched down lightly upon the pavement, and was quick to tuck in his wings and slide them neatly underneath his jacket. He signaled to the others with a deliberately aimless wave of his hand, as if he was greeting any one of the drugged up teenagers that congregated by the back. A few of them actually called out to him and beckoned him over, promised him a fine dandy price for an ounce, but he took no heed of them, merely smiled. It was dark out, and the sun had set hours ago. The time was ripe with opportunity. Here, the kids watching them land would simply peg them as another hallucination, and Miles would likewise regard this night as a dream--the beginning of a most wonderful illusion. -
Gracie.

to ease the painGracie swooped down gently, and her feet brushed the ground as she tucked her wings in. Pulling her stained jacket on, the raised an eye-brow at the obviously stoned teenagers. As they beckoned and called for the bird-kids, Gracie gave a slight eye roll. They had more important things to do than hang with normal kids.
-
OOC: I HAZ IDEA!!! Can I rp one of the teenagers???? I have a really coolio idea

IC:
Rogue nodded. "We're clear," she said, touching down and copying Miles as she tucked her wings into her jacket. Walking by, she caught one teenager's eye. This one, she could tell by the eyes, was definitely not high. And those same eyes, it was as if they were looking right through Rogue's jacket. That teen could see something.

((Of course! No need to ask since they're NPC's.))A few of the boys wolf-whistled upon Rogue and Gracie's arrival, but the girls, their black pupils as wide as moons and their faces splotched with flyaway spittle and snort, simply stared at Miles in their singular, unblinking way.
