The word of the Tribe leaders are law. This includes the healer, visionary, head cave-guard, and head prey-hunter. 2. The kits, kit-mothers, and elders are to be fed first. 3. A kit must be eight moons old to become a to-be. 4. If the healer passes away or retires, the visionary will become the new leader. 5. Prey-hunters must be accompanied by a patrol of cave-guards whenever they wish to hunt, unless under special circumstances or if the healer at the time gives permission. OOC: 1. Posts must be grammatically correct. No chatspeak, please! This is an advanced Tribe after all. 2. You may use whatever form you'd like, as long as it includes plenty of information about your cat. Fancyposts are recommended but not necessary. 3. Cats in the Tribe must have proper Tribe names. Try to keep it realistic, kits are named after the first thing the mother sees after the kit is born. 4. Put a heart somewhere in your application if you read all the rules. 5. Feel free to put a link to the Tribe in your signature if you'd like, and tell your friends about TotTW! We could always use more members. 6. This is an advanced Tribe, so one-liners won't cut it. Posts should be at least five to eight lines long. Exceptions can be made though, since muse can be fickle. [/fancypost] |

They lead the Tribe and their word is law. previous leaders rustle of the winds visionary The visionary is the first cat that the healer will consult with in times of trouble or when he or she needs advice. They are vital in keeping the Tribe running the way that it should and are the cat who is next in line to become the healer of the Tribe. previous visionaries shining of the morning waters healer The healer is responsible for treating sick cats or those who are injured, and they have an extensive knowledge of herbs and their uses. The healer is a second link between the Tribe of the Tumbling Waterfall and the Tribe of Endless Hunting. head cave-guard The head cave-guard is the leader of the cave-guards and the cat who has a fairly significant leadership job in the Tribe. The head cave-guard and the head prey-hunter still have less influence than the healer and are chosen from among each group by the healer themself. The head cave-guard leads patrols and organizes battle plans alongside the visionary and the healer. cave-guard Cave-guards are the fighting force of the Tribe, and they protect the sacred waterfall along with the rest of the Tribe's territories, mainly focusing on the camp and its inhabitants. They have the responsibility of patroling the borders and also marking them to keep out intruders. head prey-hunter The head prey-hunter is the leader of the prey-hunters and the cat who has a fairly significant leadership job in the Tribe. The head cave-guard and the head prey-hunter still have less influence than the healer and are chosen from among each group by the healer themself. prey-hunter Prey-hunters provide food for the Tribe and go out on hunting trips to catch food. They almost always utilize small prey animals as bait to bring in larger predators like eagles and than take down the large predator, bringing back two pieces of caught-prey as opposed to just one. to-be To-bes are young cats that start their training at eight moons, and they are trained by a mentor from either the prey-hunters or the cave-guards. kit-mother Kit-mothers are she-cats who are expecting or nursing kits. They stay in the nursery with their mother until they reach eight moons and become to-bes. elders Elders are the cats that have served the Tribe well in there lifetime and retired to live out the rest of their lives as well-respected members of the Tribe. The two lovers, destined to love beyond the borders of their clans, decided running away from their life-long homes was better than to love under the cover of shadows. During their travels, the pair came across a fairly large tribe of the name of the Tribe of Burning Eclipse. Upon a few moons time, the pair of lovers discovered their hope of happiness in a tribe, but not in this one. The land the two settled on was a land of both grassy plain and majestic mountain, cut beautifully through by a river. The source of the river was a mighty waterfalls in which the two cats named the new tribe after: The Tribe of the Tumbling Waterfall. With what little they had, the pair of former clancats--now assuming the names of "Rustle of the Winds" and "Shining of the Morning Waters"--became a tribe of their own. And on the first full moon of springtime, Shining of the Morning Waters brought two small kittens onto the earth. Though both of chocolate coat, neither kit was identical in mind. The children recieved the names of "Glow of the Moon on the Waters" and "Stars Alight in the Night Sky". As assumed by the stars, the kits became as inseparable as one cat himself. And to this day, they remain that way. [/fancypost] |
