Berlin listened silently, drumming her fingers on her seat. -
America was oddly quiet today, as he watched arguments begin.

Berlin smiled, enjoying the fighting,"Another meeting ending with nothing done," She sighed.

America had heard the comment and added to it. "The usual" he said, closing his eyes and crossing his arms.

Berlin smiled, then rolled her chair back away from the table, "Hey fraulines, why don't you stop your bickering and get something done?" She said, then walked out of the room, going outside.

America sighed as he stood up and gathered his papers, then started towards the door.

She sat on the grass, twirling her helmet in hand, she sighed.

When America stepped outside, he noticed her, and walked over. "Hey dudet!! What's the matter?" He said loudly, smiling.

Berlin looked up,"Eh, just upset about those stupid meetings," She muttered.

"I getcha..." He said, sitting down next to her.

"We never get anything done,"Berlin said, "Usually your involved...but, not this time,"

America couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "Yeah, and if I were involved, everything would have been worse..." He smiled.

"Probably," Berlin said with a smile, looking up.

He turned his head, looked at her then smiled.

"There is something wrong with you,"She laughed.

"Eh, what?!!" he said with one of those cute, little kid, sad looks on his face.

"In a special way," She said smiling, then rolled her eyes.

Alfred tilted his head to the side a bit. "What do you mean...? He said, laughing a bit when he said so.
