Um, how about not? All the shoutboxes I see on that site are hosted in a seperate window, which isn't much better than the one we have. I need an example to really be sold.

But I do agree we need a c-box.

Ok, we used to have a cbox, but we had to take it down. People were impersonating people, sweating, and all that stuff.
