Shadowpaw's apprentice days

    OOC: This RP will be based on Shadowpaw, played by "iheartwarriors^^". Her mentor is Sedgeclaw, my cat. You may RP any Thunderclan cat, just try not to make to much drama because this mostly just for Shadowpaw...okay?


    IC: Sedgeclaw woke up and stretched. He licked his ginger tabby pelt smooth before padding out into camp. It was a little while after sun-up, but a ways until sun-high. Some of the sky was still slightly orange, too. So Sedgeclaw sat down in camp and waited for his apprentice to wake up.

    Shadowpaw woke up in the apprentices' den. He stretched and quickly licked himself clean. He strolled out of the apprentices' den and padded over to his waiting mentor. "What are we doing today?" he asked eagerly.

    Sedgeclaw thought a moment, "The fresh-kill pile is looking kind of low, we could hunt if you'd like." The tom suggested. "But there might already be more cats out hunting, so if you'd rather we can have battle practice instead."

    "Let's do battle practice!" he mewed enthusiastically and leaped in the air. I can't wait to become a warrior! I'll be the best warrior the Clans have ever seen!

    Sedgeclaw smiled, "Okay, battle practice it is." the tom meowed, then led the way to the training area.


    (Oh yeah, is this the forest or lake territory?)

    Lightningpaw walked to the apprentice and warrior. "Whatcha doin'?" (Can I plz join?)

    (Sure, I don't think it'd be a good RP without more cats to talk to.)


    Sedgeclaw turned, "Hello Lightningpaw, I was just taking Shadowpaw out for battle training."

    "Ya, I'm going to be the best warrior the Clans have ever seen! I want to be leader some day!" Shadowpaw announced.


    (Um I'm not sure where... Sure you can join!)

    Lightningpaw gave a bounce on her paws. "Cool! Promise you'll make me deputy when you become leader?"

    Sedgeclaw chuckled and rolled his eyes, "To do that, each of you will need to get their own apprentice. To do that, you'll need to finish your training and become a warrior." He looked to Lightningpaw, "Would you like to join us for the battle practice?"


    (Forest territory is easier for me to remember the lay-out of, so we'll just be there.)

    "Yes please!" Lightningpaw piped. "I'll be honored to show you a few of my tricks!" she mewed, jumping back, doing a few somersaults in the air and landed on all four paws gracefully. "Shockwave taught me that trick." she said, embarrassed and gave her chest a couple of licks. (Shockwave is her father.)

    When they reached the sandy hollow Sedgeclaw stopped, "Alright, first I want you two to show me what you can do, claws sheathed."

    Lightningpaw circled Shadowpaw, waiting for him to make the first move. "I'm all ready for this. Shockwave has taught me tactics that none of these cats know about." she thought, grinning

    Shadowpaw lashed out with his claws sheathed, then quickly dodged, expecting Lightningpaw to strike him the same way. What's he doing?

    Lightningpaw ducked, sliding under neath Shadowpaw before giving him a kick in the belly.
