Dusty brown paws thumped against the hard moor ground as Crowsoar ran across the moor. His pale blue eyes blazed as he pursuited the rabbit that lay only a few foxlengths ahead of him. His blood pounded in his ears as he urged his paws to go faster, the rabbit slowing as it began to tire. This is my chance... the tom thought as the rabbit began to slow, and slow, until Crowsoar leapt. He landed in front of the rabbit and swung around, grabbing the rabbit's hindquarters and pulling it back. He dug his claws into it, as he ran around to bite its neck and kill it. He successfully did this, but the rabbit had ran ahead and now the tom was in pursuit again. He frustration took over and the tom's legs pounded against the dirt, catching the rabbit and killing it. He licked his lips and smiled. He was panting too and still needed to catch more. Well no more rabbits, thats for sure. The mute tom thought, still panting.

A lavender-point she-cat spotted a hawk circling low above the moor. Orchiddance streaked towards it, taking a wild leap. She snagged it's wing as it took off, dragging it down. It screeched and plummeted, landing softly in the springy grass. Orchiddance pinned it's wings, biting the bird's neck.
-
Opaquewhisper let out a loud screech as she scrambled away from the beast following her. The chocolate femme started panting, knowing she wouldn't be able to run much longer. Sometimes the she-cat disliked being in WindClan with all the dogs that came by. Her appendages burning with fatigue, she looked around for anything she could either hide in or would assist her.
-
Crowsoar's nose tingled as he scented hawk, but it was mixed with cat. He also smelled dog, that also was mixed with cat. Was there a cat in danger. The tom padded towards the scent silently as he padded forward and saw the cat. He gaped, racking his brain for something he could do.
-
Spotting a cat in the distance, her pale minty eyes pleaded for help. For that one moment, her pace slowed and the dog dived forward, biting Opaquewhisper's tassel and making her let out a blood-curdling yowl of pain. The brute's strong jaws bit straight through her tail, cutting about two inches off of it. Suddenly losing her sense of balance, she stumbled to the side and fell, at the mercy of the huge beast towering over her.
-
Crowsoar clenched his teeth, his mind forgotten as he sprinted forward and leapt at the dog, landing on him and sinking his claws in, his teeth digging into the dog's fur. He opened his mouth to screech, but him being mute he only had a mouth full of dog hair. He spat and bite down, blood flowing around his jaws.
-
Orchiddance abandoned the hawk and ran to assist the she-cat, trying to help her up while the dog was still subdued.
-
The dog [do you mind if I RP him for now?] swung his head and growled, trying to reach the cat, who had began to swat and swip at his head. Collosal jaws snapped past his paws and the tom let his grip loosen and leapt off, shaking his head. He looked at the dog and bared his teeth, leaping out of the way as he danced around the dog who had begun to get frustrated. Crowsoar ducked his head as the beast snapped out his jaws, but swatted his paw, claws unsheathed, and hit the canine's muzzle.
-
Orchiddance tried to drag her Clanmate away, wanting to help Crowsoar.
-
The canine snapped his jaws again at Crowsoar and the tom leapt back. He ran forward and slapped his paws across the dog's face. The dog went back, whining, blood trickling from his muzzle, which looked like a porcupine had put its quills into his muzzle and the quills got out. Crowsoar smiled as the dog whined again, before snapping his jaws and taking a step forward, just for Crowsoar to leap at him and open his mouth, biting his neck.
-
Orchiddance sighed when Crowsoar bit the canine's neck. She released the she-cat, smoothing her hackles. "Opaquewhisper. Are you okay?"
-
The dog sat down and whimpered. Crowsoar let go and stared at the dog, his pale blue eyes ferocious. The dog dipped his head and trotted away, looking behind him as his pace fastened.
-
Orchiddance turned to Crowsoar. "That was very brave. Are you okay?"
-
Crowsoar looked at the she-cat and smiled. He wasn't sure if she knew he was mute, and didn't know how to tell her.
-
"Good. I'm Orchiddance. You're Crowsoar, right?" Orchiddance guessed, smiling tiredly.
-
He nodded and looked at his paws, thinking of how to tell her he was mute, if she didn't already know.
-
"Hm. I left a hawk behind. I'll go get it. We can eat some of it before we take it back. It's big enough." Orchiddance sped off, her legs stretching as they tore at the grass. She grabbed the hawk and sprinted back awkwardly.
-
The mute tom watched her return with the hawk and smiled.
[Does she know he is mute?]
-
OOC: Yes.

Opaquewhisper wanted to hiss at the other cats for almost ignoring her now half tail that was swollen, red, and starting to ooze blood. The blood on her pelt that had either came from her tail or the dog from the attack almost blended with the darker spots scattered along her body. Her pure white left ear and tail were also splattered, but now her tail was horribly damaged.
