Warm fire and cold snow (PAFP, no OC's)

(Any country even if it's one of guys, No OC's please)

Matthew had just finished the world meeting. Yet again no notice him but he still wore a warm smile as he collected his items. The blue eyed canadian walked out of the meeting room and decided to head to a little dinner. Thinking of ording some pancakes for his already hungry belly. But realized he had forgotten something in meeting room and return to fetch it. Matthew had forgotten a book he had been reading he was almost done with it. Anxious to finish the final few pages the Canadian walked to a large sofa at entrance of meeting room. Deciding to read those last two pages to finally complete his book.

"Oh! Wang Yao." He says looking up from his book a bit startled as he was deep in his book. "Hello. I didn't see you there." Mathew smiled as he fixed his classes which had fallen off his nose from his startlement. "I am good and you?"

Letting out a small chuckle. "Did you need me for something?"

Mathew dropped his book his face immediatly turn a million shades of red. " A ddddat . . . date?!" He stuttered and looked at him

Mathew picked up his book and he looked at him. "Sure I don't see why not."

OOC: actually no.

"Where would you like to go?" Matthew closes his book and stands up.

Matthew thought for a moment. "I am actually really hungry. How about we grab something to eat?"

Matthew smiled and tuck his book under his arm. "Let's go then." He heads out the door and heads outside. It was warm today and clear skies yet there was cool breeze in the air. The canadian walked a steady pace as he headed to the dinner. Taking a seat in the corner of the dinner as a waiter. "What will you be having to drink hun?" As she passed two menus out to them. "Coffee please." The lady looked Wang Yao."And for you dear?"

The waitress nodded. "Coming right up." She left them alone.

Matthew smiled lightly. "Well I was going to ask you would you like to come over to my home maybe go sightseeing? I've been meaning to ask you for awhile but I never had courage to until right now."
