Thunder trotted off to the edge of the herd. Suddenly his head shot up smelling two legs and a loud buzzing sound too, he whinnied in alarm. He could see two legs in a helicopter landing near a cliff, some two legs got out and went up to a mangled horse.

Stance felt his breath becoming dense, then he heard the noise, "Helicopters..." he said, rolling onto his stomach, full of pain, then sttod shakily, trying to walk.

The two legs where coming from every direction some on horse back others in helicopters. They circled around the horses closing in on them.

Stance walked up the hill, falling at times but he made it to the top, snorting at the humans, and rearing back.
