Life threatening event that may kill many

    The red glow is replaced by the dark forest just then Adderpaw realizes its rosepaw!

    Adderpaw tried to catch a grip on the grass, but it was too slippery. He didn't have enough energy to pull away, so he just let himself fall.

    Adderpaw smells the blood, too. His ears twitched, but he didn't have enough energy to do anything else. He twitched as the sound of thunder rumbled.

    Adderpaw is awakened by the sound of song birds and the bright warm sun

    "What's going on?" Adderpaw mumbled. He still smelled smoke. His energy was restored, though, and he jumped to his paws. Some trees had fallen, and some foliage was burnt, butt besides that, everything looked fine. Wait . . .had that been a dream? He hoped it was and that he was just seeing things now. "Rosepaw?" He looked around for her.

    In a bush of thorns you see the tail of the light brown tabby... Rosepaw

    "Rosepaw!" Adderpaw ran to her. "Thank you for saving me! How can I repay you? What happened? Am I dreaming? Are we in StarClan? Did anybody die? Where's Embertail?" All of these questions came pouring out of his mouth in a hurry.

    She slowly gets up and out of the bush she has lots of cuts that are still bleeding, " I I don't no, and I know we're not in starclan bc I still fell pain."

    Adderpaw gasped. "Really? So it wasn't a dream?"

    " no." Come on we need to find embertail gets and and starts to climb the hill


    Occ: okay :'(

    "Yes.."


    They reach the top to find a forest of charred black trees.


    "Oh...my... starclan."

    occ: i know, hes not dead. Is embertail a girl?


    swallows, "okay lets stick together and find embertail."

    (Emeraldtail is a boy)



    Adderpaw sniffed the air. He could barely smell anything besides smoke and ashes, but he managed to catch a whiff of Emeraldtail's scent. "This way!" he meowed excitedly, bounding after the scent.
