[align=center][font=georgia]It is the end of a nuclear war. The surviving dogs are fighting to survive, against abominations of creatures, and machines.
The year; 2023.
Human Technology increased it's intelligence and sort of developed a mind of it's own. The Earth isn't entirely destroyed, but it drove humans off of the earth and caused them to build towers and ships in the sky. The dogs were left to survive the world below.
Drones are going all over the place, and they even kill dogs in mistake of the machines and enemy 'aliens.' The dogs hide in tunnels, but when they don't, they're outside.
It is still green outside, with grass and flowers. But the oceans are almost all gone. Water is being sucked up by the human towers. There are sandy plains with ships and boats, and even crashed planes in them.
The dogs are extremely smart, but they have enemies. Their enemies are another pack of stronger, bigger dogs, in a larger pack.
These dogs are more average sized, and they aren't as strong.
But they have brains.
They're smart above average, and they can figure out things very quickly. They found out how to still listen to music. Even old record players they made work.
And this is how it starts.

»Don't be mean to others IC or OOC! (Unless you guys are purposefully fighting)
»No cursing. You may say the occasional "Damn, hell, and sh*t" sometimes, but that's IT. LOTS of people are offended, INCLUDING ME.
»Don't ask for a recap unless you only miss a MINIMUM of 6 pages. Go back and read.
»No powerplay.
»No one-liners.
»You must write AT LEAST 4-6 sentences most of the time. If you only have enough time to write one sentence, then don't post.
»Always obey Kiba. There will be consequences to those who don't.
»It is okay to kill your character off if you want! Yes, people will mourn and care, but you don't have to feel guilty!
»You may only make up to 5 characters. I don't want it to get out of control and confusing.
»Don't crowd the whole roleplay with small dogs. I don't know how they'd outrun drones very quickly. They ARE aloud, but only a few.
»Wolf hybrids are aloud, but don't let them all get too out of hand. Try to use regular dogs too!
