Athena snorted in disbelief. "I didnt remember Jango either but it didnt matter to him! He saved me and helped me!"

"I didn't know where you were do you know how scared I was when I couldn't find my family," King barked and looked at her,"I haven't seen any one of my pups for an entire moon,"

"What?" Athena cocked her head confused. "Ada and Ace said they have been in the dog pack the whole time!"

"no they've been out looking for you," King barked

"Oh well Im sorry, since you werent there you wouldnt know but I already saw Ada and Ace! Now leave me alone! I dont want to talk to someone who is going to say I ignore my pups!" Her eyes flashed furiously, and her teeth were bared.

King smiled,"I remember when you were so kind," he whimpered and walked off

Athena snarled and pushed past King and ran into the forest.

King looked at her and ran off to the dog pack
Star looked at King from the bushes and his ears shook, he tackled him and snarled,"this is for leaving me!" he barked and bit into his throat, he quickly left him and ran from the spot

Athena ran and ran. Not knowing where she was going and not caring. Anger and sorrow sparked from her pelt

Star listened to rustling and scented the air, Athena he thought and quietly watched her

Star ran after her and tripped her up by batting her legs,"Athena, calm down, I've avenged you,"

Athena looked at him in shock. "What?"

"I killed King," Star growled and looked at her with malevolent eyes

Athena backed up in shock. "What? You killed him" she stammered.

Star nodded,"isn't that what you wanted, he hurt you," he barked and walked closer to her

Athena nodded, "He hurt me but I didnt want him dead....look nobody else can know about this or else who knows what they might do! Keep this a secret between me and you okay?"

Star stepped back and ran the other direction, I thought she'd like it but now she thinks I'm a murderer, he thought and topped at the edge of the forest

Athena chased after her pup. He was fast but she had the advantage of her longer legs. She tackled him and pinned him down. "Star! I dont care that you did...I just dont want you to get hurt" she barked softly. She licked his ear gently.
