    IC~ Meadowpaw was still frozen in shock. She hadn't had much battle training, so she couldn't face a fox! The apprentice turned to run the way her clanmates were going, but found herself face-to-face with a small, snarling fox. She would have to fight.

    IC~ Meadowpaw snarled and slashed at the fox's nose, but it grabbed her in it's strong jaws. She thrashed and squealed as it started to bite down. She struggled to land a hit, and her energy drained out of her as fast as she could slash.

    IC~ The fox was still clenching Meadowpaw in its jaws, but his bite weakened as it attacked Fallenclaw. Meadowpaw began to slip out, but just as she was about to fall out of the fox's jaws, it bit down, hard on her leg. She yowled out in pain as hurt spread throughout her body like a wildfire.

    Swanfeather ran out of camp right into the fox. "Uh oh..." she muttered and leaped up when the fox tried to snap at her.
