The little alabaster she-cat murmured, padding into the den with curious, pale lilac hued optics. Lilysoul had offered to teach her once before, even mentioned the possibility of mentoring her a few weeks back, but Lavenderkit had been a bit, well, in the air at the time and not able to make big, life changing choices. But now? Good as new, she was at five moons, and ready to speak to her mother about her future once again. "I t-think I've thought a bit, l-like you told me to do."[/fancypost]

    The beautiful white feline turned to gaze over to her adopted daughter with her invisible brows raised with recognition. "Lavenderkit!? Oh have you now darling?" she meowed in a calm welcoming tone as she wrapped her feathery white tail over her paws quietly as she gazed down at the alabaster adolescent with warmth.

I came to talk to you about training. You said you could teach me a few herbs, and now that Mysticstar says you're Head Medicine Cat, I'm allowed to learn some!" Lavenderkit squealed, her pale lilac hued optics glowing with pure delight.[/fancypost]

    Lilysoul chuckled warmly trying to hide the weariness in her tone. Lilysoul had been quote busy with the rescent deaths...especially of their former leader Darkintentions. But her troubles slowly faded temporarily as she gazed upon the kit who was so eager to learn more of the path of a healer. Since Mysticstar had demoted all of the medicine cat apprentices, the albino feline had an eye out for just a few replacementa. She was already interested in her own adopted daughter...and even Clamatic was showing somw promise. She chuckled softly as she nodded. "Good...now where did we leave off of dear?"

Lavenderkit chirped with delight, her memory quite sharp indeed. "If you want I can list their uses as well, mum." The petite alabaster she-feline offered, eyes wide and innocent as always.[/fancypost]

    The long-haired feline twitched her whiskers with amusement as her adopted daughter listed the herbs she knew. It was clear that Lavendarkit had alreasy memorized their uses too. *She is a natural...* she thought with satisfaction as she nodded slowly. "No need dear...I believe you know their uses. Now. I could teach more about herbs....or I can start by providing a few scenarios...and speak to you on how to treat the problem in those scenarios. Using herbs in their pure form may be great...but in certain situations you must mix them up, change their state, and perform specific techniques" she explaimed smoothly

    "Like mixing herbs with honey to make them taste better?" She asked, eyes bright and hopeful. She'd seen it done a few times before, so obviously now was the time to make her knowledge known. Correct? Mmmhm.

    Lilysoul offered her an encouraging smile. "Yes dear...and mixing them to also let them have a stronger, better affect on rare cases. I am proud you are becoming very interested with my work. I am hosting an Herb training later on. I want you to be there but try not to answer every question darling" she joked lightly smiling her the five moon old adolescent

    "Your work is amazing, and I want to follow in your pawsteps someday. I remember you mentioned training me a while back, is that still possible? If I do well in your herb training?" Lavenderkit asked, her eyes both hopeful and cautious. The last thing she needed was a pair of claws raked across her muzzle.

    Lilysoul smirked down at her own adopted daughter...honored that she felt so strongly of the path of a medicine cat. She chuckled softly as she tipped her head to the side. "We shall see. So far...I am fairly convinced the meddie's and I would be happy to train you in the future." she said truthfully.
