Skyheart stood back

Cougareye suddenly woke up, a bead of sweat running down her forehead. "W-w-what.. H-happened.." She whispered, softly. Her face was pale, and the room kept spinning around her.

Skyheart picked the warrior up without a word and slowly made her way to the medicine den. She was determined to not let her blindness affect her. She heard her kits following behind her quietly.

She slowly followed

"Thank you.. Skyheart..." Whispered Cougareye.

"I-im a med cat."

"O-ok.. I used to be a m-m-medicine c-cat apprentice.." Stammered Couagareye

Willowclaw dashed into the medicine cats den and licked her daughter roughly,"Oh Starclan.... No not another kit please...."

Cougareye suddenly yowled in pain. She never noticed this, but her belly was swollen! "Oh no!" She cried. She panicked, and whispered "Help me.."

She runed to her And gave her some poppy seeds.

Willowclaw licked her only surviving kit's fur gently ."You must be kitting." She said softly to the she-cat, she paused briefly remembering her own painful kitting, she continued to lap at her daughter's soft fur. She stopped when her mate Aspenclaw walked in, he blinked at Willowclaw then turned his amber eyes to his last remaining daughter."Willowclaw? What's happening?"

Skyheart stood there watching

Willowclaw didnt reply to Aslenclaw she just kept stroking cougareye's fur and whispering calming words to her.

Cougareye smiled slightly, as her mother licked her fur. She started to calm down.

"Just concentrate on pushing hard, it will be worse if you don't try. Keep going its very tiring and painful but the reward is worth it." Willowclaw mewed lapping her fur again " and if you feel thirsty its normal I'll go get you some water."

"Okay.." Mewed Cougareye, weakly. She pushed hard, trying to ignore the pain.

Soon Willowclaw returned with some soaked moss,"Here drink... You're doing well."

Cougareye drunk, slowly. She carried on pushing, cringing with pain.

Willowclaw prayed to Starclan, begging Starclan not to have the same results as her. Loosing all her kits, some before they were born some after birth, and having six kits.
