IC: Timberstar sat on top of the Leader's Ledge (trying to avoid calling it High Ledge. Name was used in the books) She looked around at her small but powerful Clan. It was only dawn, so few cats were awake, but they were getting there.

Skystream stood up and shook moss from his fur, then stepped out into camp and stretched.

Timberstar called for her deputy, Gentlemoon.

    {If you have any plot ideas, message me}

  • Bluepaw looked around, "Anything I can do?" she thought to herself.

  • Minkwhisker sat in the center of camp, beginning to groom his ginger pelt.

Maplepaw hopped out of the apprentice's den, yawning loudly. The apprentice glanced around and flicked her tail energetically. She trotted past her uncle, Minkwhisker, and gave him and nod in greeting. She poked her head into the nursery, seeing her heavily pregnant mother sleeping. She prodded her, mewing, "Mother, you doing okay?"

Cleareyes lifted her head, eyes blinking sleepily. She gave a short growl or irritation as she was awoken by her older daughter. "I'm fine, Maplepaw," She muttered, flicking the apprentice's nose with her tail, dismissing her.

Brownwings squeezed out of the warrior's den, ears flicking as she glanced around at the clan.

  • OOC: I have changed up apprentices and mentors a bit so make sure to check the sign up thread!
IC: Timberstar looked around at her gathering clan before hoping off the Meeting Ledge and padding up to Gentlemoon. "Could you assign hunting patrols and make sure the apprentices get their training? I don't think there's any use for a border patrol, but if the warriors smell that fox again, we must know immediately." Timberstar looked over at the fresh-kill pile, which was enough for a small breakfast for most cats, but still pretty low.

  • Maplepaw hopped out, her mood not affected by her mother's scolding. She looked up at Timberstar and trotted towards him to see what would be on their agenda for the day. Her white tail flicked back and forth expectantly.

Hearing his leader, Minkwhisker looked up from his grooming and padded towards Gentlemoon. He pricked his ears, waiting to see if he would be called for a patrol. It would give him a chance to go out with his apprentice for a bit more training as well.

Brownwings glanced up from across the clearing, flicking her ears. She figured she could hear from that distance if they called her.

  • "Mintwhisker, Skystream, you two bring three other cats with each of you. You'll lead the hunting patrol." Gentlemoon decided.

  • Minkwhisker nodded in obediance, turning around to survey the camp for cats. "Bluepaw (his apprentice, not the other!), you'll be coming. Also, Gentlemoon, you could join us with your apprentice if you'd like," The tom offered, tilting his head.

  • Timberstar nodded her approval. She called over her apprentice Maplepaw. She figured they could go training while the other cats were out.

Skystream looked around the camp. "Whitepaw, Brownwings, and Bluepaw.(Brownwings apprentice) He sat at the edge of camp and waited for his patrol to gather so they could go hunting.

  • Bluepaw rushed over to where Skystream was, "Really? I get to go!" she hopped up and down...

  • Skystream nodded to Bluepaw. "Yes you do." he replied calmly.
Timberstar looked over at Mossfern. Timberstar bowed her head. "Very well." she waited for either an apprentice to offer or Mossfern to pick one. It showed her responsibility, and saved a grumpy reply.

  • Bluepaw looked at Mossfern then looked down at her paws, "I could help." she offered. "What? Am I insane!" Bluepaw thought but shook it off...

  • Skystream looked at her quizzically but said nothing. She was very excited to go hunting, and she needed training. Is she really going to stay?

Timberstar nodded her head but looked around, wondering if any other cat would volunteer. Her eyes locked with Skystream's for a moment, and showed that they were thinking the same thing. They both looked at Gentlemoon.

  • Bluepaw shifted paw watching as the warriors exchange glances...

  • Maplepaw bounded towards Timberstar, her tail streaming out behind her in excitement. She kept her mouth shut, not wanting to be stuck scouting out herbs. She longed to be out on the territory, training with the leader!

Brownwings nodded, padding towards Skystream when her name was called. She paused when her apprentice offered to stay and looked back at her, head tilted. "Are you sure?" She asked, flicking her tail-tip questioningly.

Cleareyes stepped out of the nursery, watching the group of cats silently. When the medicine cat was free, she would go see her about her kits. But, she could wait for as long as needed.

Minkwhisker nodded, beginning to pad to the entrance of camp. He paused before leaving, waiting for both his and Gentlemoon's apprentice to join them.

  • Mossfern narrowed her eyes. This shows a strength of character... "Bluepaw that would be very helpful. Is it ok?" Mossfern looked to Bluepaw's mentor.
