The Meiji Empire- {Joining Thread, Positions Availible}

The territory is vast, it is surrounded by vast mountains that are full of greenery and the rainforest that surrounds the temple in the center is huge and massive and holds the camp of the cats who lives there. There is a vast river called the River Ramr which spills out into a pool that sparkles with starlight where the medicine cats go to share tongues with StarClan.

The camp has various huts that holds the different cats due to their rank, the Emperor/Empress's den is within the temple where there is a mysterious darkness that surrounds the den, only a faint light near the leader shows the outline of the cat. (The den is remodeled with each leader who lives there)

The Meiji Code
1- The Emperor/Emperess's orders are the ultimate order of any problem or issue, what he/she says reflects the whole empire as a whole. Any disreguard to the Emperor/Empress's orders will result in severe punishment.
2- The Medicine Cat may have kits, but their apprentice must take their position if they choose to take on a mate and have kits, the former Medicine Cat will be reduced to a regular soldier.
3- Soldiers must be at least 13 moons old.
4- The Warlord (Deputy) must be at least 25 moons old and had to have mentored an apprentice before taking the role.
5- The Meiji Empire will only interphere with other clans if it proves to be a great threat, if not they will not interphere.
6- Apprentices must be 6 moons of age.
7- After the Warlord's death or retirement the new Warlord must be appointed at moonhigh.

Rules
1- All WCRPG rules apply to this thread.
2- The Meiji Empire is a semi-advanced clan, please attempt to get at least 3-6 sentences for each post, I understand if you have low muse, if so do 2-3 sentences per post.
3- No perfect cats, no saying that your cat grabs all the attention or is the best warrior or best medicine cat, every cat has a fault. You can use "attractive" or "very attractive" for your cat's looks but no perfect cats, if you do you won't be accepted.
4- If multiple people posts their cat to be a high position, I will choose the most detailed one. Please don't complain if your cat doesn't get the position.
5- No making two characters who are mates. It is perfectly fine if you make two characters who are mother and kit or father and kit, but just no mated cats together.
6- Please, refrain from detailing mating scenes, if you can't fade in fade out then skip over the entire scene, no one wants to read that.
7- No godmoding or powerplaying.
8- Absolutely, no odd abilities or appearances {EX: Wings, Horns, Powers, any neon or unnatural colors for the pelt etc.,}
9- You may use human curses if you can't think of any cat ones, just cover up the word if you do with an asterisk.
10- If you read all of the information and the Meiji Code, put 'Meiji' in your other.

High Positions
Emperor/Empress- The leader of the clan who takes complete control of the whole entire clan. They have most of the power and are the highest rank to have.
Warlord- The second in command, they somewhat have power but not as much as the Emperor/Empress. They send out patrols and take control of keeping mostly things in check.
Adviser- The Adviser is the cat who gives advise to both the Warlord, and Emperor/Empress. They also act as diploments for hostile situations. They are considered royalty, though they aren't counted as much compared to the Emperor/Empress.
Medicine Cat- The Medicine Cat is the cat who are in charge of healing the soliders and keeping the peace in the clan. They share tongues with StarClan.
Medicine Cat Apprentice- The apprentice of the Medicine Cat, all things the medicine cat does applies to the medicine cat apprentice.

Regular Positions
Soldiers- The warriors of the clan who are mostly the hunters and fighters of the empire, they are loyal and well depended on for without them the empire wouldn't have any cats.
Spies- These cats are used for special missions which are rare and have been trained personally by the Emperor/Empress themselves.
Apprentices- The apprentices to the soldiers; they are the age of 6 moons old.
Queens- She-cats who are expecting or nursing kits.
Elders- Former Warlords, Soldiers, and Queens, now retired.

Personality: Dark, very serious and very cautious. He observes situations with a calm serenity and he holds an eerie presence about him which causes cats to keep out of his way. He is very mysterious and very commanding about what he says. He is a true menace when you cross the line with him and he holds no mercy for his enemies. If you did a wrong doing to him in the past you will regret your mistake and you will die. Due to this, he is very anti-social and is always spotted somewhere in a dark place where no one can see his face. He prefers to be alone and always closes his heart around other cats. He holds sorrow that no one can comprehend, no one can understand him, even if you think you do, you actually don't. He is very intelligent and cunning, he always tricks his enemies and it is said that he was a great warrior from a war but disappeared. He absolutely hates cats who spreads useless rumors and never once in his life he had experianced any love or anything affectionate which due to this, he doesn't know how to express his feelings. Don't be fooled, he can be very seductive, his voice sounds like velvet and it is known that he can seduce she-cats though he had never particapated in relationships due to his 'curse'.

History(optional): He was born in an unknown location in the mountains, his mother and father, Tiger and Venus had showed no care for him. Tiger had actually left when he reached the young age of 3 moons; Venus had blamed Wyvern for this and had abused him to the point that every night he was nearly at the point of death. Due to the constant, brutal beatings he had recieved from his own mother, he had begun to think that something was wrong with him. What was actually wrong had happened moons before he was born. A curse runs through from his father's bloodline, the tom who had fallen in love with a she-cat is doomed to kill her when their kit reaches the age of 6 moons. Then they will kill until the day that they die or until a cat finally kills them. As the abuse continued, each day got worse than the last. He finally snapped one day; killing his mother by cutting her throat open, the last thing she had seen was the cold mask of her own son's face (he was 12 moons at the time), looking down at her with malice and anger in his eyes. Soon, he found ThunderClan, with caution he joined the cats; as he learned the ways of a warrior and shown promise in doing so, he had gained the name, Bloodshatter. His name reflected his ways in battle, he was a feared cat by the clans; killing with a ruthless passion and it was seen in his eyes that he enjoyed it. Overtime; his joy for killing began to grow to an overwhelming point. The curse's hold on him strengthened until it was eating him from inside out, suddenly one day, a mark appeared on the left side of his face, it seemed raw and painful; it soon grew in pain everyday and worsened when he particapated in a battle. Overtime; he found a she-cat, her name, Nightlily, the twosome had bonded into what somewhat was love. She looked upon his face with such love and care, he began to fall in love with her, but one day, he felt an overwhelming headache, the next day, she died of a mysterious sickness in the middle of the night.
Horrified, Bloodshatter left ThunderClan, disappearing with the legends of the great warrior. Overtime, he changed his name to Oni and hid his face from cats, out of fear that they may fall the same horrible fate of Nightlily. As the curse becomes stronger, Oni begins to fear that he will loose all reason and begin to kill ruthlessly again.
