"Your off, but just a bit," the mentor mewed, "just a little bit more to the side." She pointed her paw the direction she ment.
OOC: We need something exiting to happen -.- Mind if I stick a loner of mind in here or something?

>Sure!
Burblepaw nodded, furrowed her brows together and concentrated. She managed to pick out the scent where the other cat was mentioning. "I see."
-
"Good," Whitewolf responded, her ears twitching, along with her nose. It wasn't searching for a vole anymore, though, but rather a cat. "Hold," she ordered, her voice lowering.
Khelder was wandering the unfamiliar territory, hoplessly lost. He was muttering curses and dirty with somewhat wet mud when he scented the the mentor and apprentice. He had heard of the clans, but had never had a run in with them. He paused, silent, listening, and waiting to see if they would come to him, or if he could just avoid them altogether. Then again, weren't loners rather unappriciated in clan territory?OOC: Gah! Sorry about being so late
I'll stick Khelder in here, then ^^ He needs exitement, too. -
>It's all right.
Burblepaw's paw stopped in midair as she lurched to a halt. The brown tabby savannah's eyes widened, wodnering what had stopped her mentor in her tracks. What could it be to do that to a warrior?
-
Loners wern't always considered dangerous, but this one's scent was mixed with mud, and hard to detect. One with a scent like this was usualy up to no good, disguising his scent like that. "This way," Whitewolf whisphered to her apprentice. It was only one, and the two could take him if needed.
-
Burblepaw's nose detected the faintest scent of a non-Clan cat and she stiffened a bit, her hackles raised. The savannah followed her mentor dutifully.
-
"I want to see how you deal with it," Whitewolf informed her apprentice, "do what you feel is right." They came across the loner. He was a snow lynx point bengal, covered in mud. Whitewolf's fur puffed but she stayed silent. He was but one, and young, probably inexpirenced.
Kheldar was not, in fact, inexpirenced, but he was young. He could see that he couldn't win a fight with these to, as he was rather small. He stayed silent as well, but didn't try to make himself appear smaller, not larger. He simply waited, watcing the two. -
"What are you doing on our land, loner?" Burblepaw mewed, trying to make her voice as loud as possible. She looked Kheldar in the eye, hoping to seem unafraid.
-
"Umm..." Khelder began, "Getting lost and muddy..?" He wasn't really sure himself, apparently. "Who are you, anyway?" He obviously hadn't heard of the clans.
-
"I'm Burblepaw. You're in my group's territory," the savannah mewed. "Can you please get off?"
-
"Who are you?" Whitewolf asked the loner, after Burblepaw spoke.
Khelder replied first to the apprentice. "I would love to, but, as you can see," he began, "I'm lost and rather tired. I wouldn't know were to go." He turned to the white warrior. "My name is Ambar, pleased to meat you." -
"If you travel east, you will arrive on cats that may allow you to shelter with them," Burblepaw continued. She dipped her head respectfully at Khelder.
-
"East, hmm?" Kheldar repeated thoughtfully, "I think I was there before.. They didn't seem to like me very much.." He gazed at the apprentice. "If you could take me to the edge of your territory, I could find a place there, as long as is doesn't belong to someone else," he told her pleasently, "I'm sure that would be ok, miss...?" He realized he hadn't gotten her name, yet. He had given them his, or at least, one of his.
-
"South of the forest is free," Burblepaw replied. She turned to her mentor questioningly, wondering if it was the right choice.
-
Whitewolf nodded at her apprentice with a small smile. "We can escort you to the edge of our territory, but no more, Ambar," she mewed to Kheldar.
Kheldar nodded in reply, deciding not to ask any more questions. "Thank you," he said simply, flicking some dirt off of his paw. They didn't really seem the talkative sort, did they? -
The savannah she-cat's tail wagged a bit. She did it right! Burblepaw nodded to Kheldar. "Let's go then, Ambar."
-
"Exellent," Kheldar smiled, following the she-cat.
"Good job," Whitewolf purred to her apprentice, smiling herself. Burblepaw sure did learn fast, or at least with some things. -
Stepping ahead, Burblepaw took the lead to go to the southeastern border, where there was a choice of going to SunClan or the loner lands beyond. Picking her path across the snow and rocks, the brown tabby savannah bounced about occasionally.
