Ravenpaw bristled with rage. "He's not mangy and he's not mousebrained, Maplepaw!! Aren't you supposed to be getting rid pf the elder's ticks?" She hissed, the remaining half of her tail flicking back and forth. She hoped Maplepaw didn't see the bloody wall and the black fur scattered around it. She might think Sagepaw did it on purpose. "And besides, I was once a shadowclanner too, remember? Firestar took me in and even raised me and Crowpaw...." She flinched as she remembered the terrible accident with her brother. He was hunting close to the border and came across a Shadowclan border patrol. Somehow a fire started and it killed her brother and the shadowclanners. She was the only survivor of that small fire by the border. She shook her head, trying to focus. "The point is, maybe I wanted to see an old friend again?! Ever though of that?!" She spat at Maplepaw, her intimidating violet eyes burning into her.
