A brown stallion pranced through the town, his wings neatly folded up and a bright red bow tie around his neck. Because bow ties are cool. He wore a light brown blazer as well, and was carrying an odd looking device. His name was the Doctor. The Doctor continued his stroll back to his time machine when somepony landed in front of him.
Cue Rainbow Dash. :3
Rainbow smirked "Hehe. Are you new to Ponyville? Name's Rainbow Dash. The best flier in ALL of Ponyville." She grabbed Tank quickly before his crashlanded,setting him down. She put her hoof on his shell,and her smug smirk grew wider "Hey,Wanna have a race? I've been dying for one."
The Doctor blinked, and tipped his head. "Uhhh... Sure. My name's the Doctor."
She blinked "Doctor Who?"

This question was gettig extremely annoyimg. "Just the Doctor." He said.
She rolled her eyes and flared out her wings "Lets just start the race!"
"Kay..." He said, unfolding his wings and tucking his sonic into his pocket.
She smirked "Ready set GO!"
Eleven smiled and dashed into the sky. "Geronimo!"
Rainbow shot past him,leaving a rainbow trail behind her
He flapped his wings harder, trying to keep up.
She laughed happily "C'mon slowpoke!"
His wings were flappig around wildly, but he was making little more progress.
Rainbow stopped and laughed at him,before she flew over to him "Don't you know how to fly?"
"If not, what on earth am I doing now!?" He shrieked, flapping his wings insanely.
She rolled her eyes "Sheesh,Calm down!"
He stopped flapping and landed on a cloud.
She landed softly beside him "Anyways,have you seen a blue stallion anywhere? He's one of my best friends,and we were gonna prank some ponies. His name is Jack. Have you seen him?"
He rolled his eyes. "Oh, goodness, I should hae known he'd be here, too. For your own good, stay away from him. He's a creep."
Rainbow blinked "He ain't that creepy." She looked around "JACK! Get over here before I play the meanest prank on you!" She shouted,looking down at Ponyville. She yelped in fear when someone whispered in her ear,and glared at jack as he laughed,flying beside the cloud "Jerkface! That wasn't funny! I nearly fell off!"
