Storytelling Game! (Open to everyone!)

"Wait!" Star exclaimed, drawing to a halt. "Did you hear that?"

Siara's heart nearly stopped when she heard the sound of a deep female voice laughing evilly echoing through the halls.

"Did you really think you can get past me this easily?" the voice boomed, the halls shaking unsteadily.

Suddenly, the shadows that hid in the crevices of the hallways began to combine together and swirl. A purple core glowed in its center. Slowly, a gigantic figure started to take shape from the core. The light faded and astonishingly revealed the figure's appearance. It was a long-necked, thick-tailed, pitch-black dragoness with catty yellow eyes and needle-like bone claws on each toe of her feet. Shiny translucent purple quartz grew jagged on one side of her body, starting from her deformed tail to the right side of her face. The eye embedded within the face crystals mutated and turned into a ghostly white with no pupil. Her gray wings were long and had open holes in them. Thorny spikes ran down her back and around her gem-studded tail. Finally, her head was adorned with a delicate spiky black-tinted tiara with purple pearls. As soon as the figure stepped out, the shadow hole vanished without a trace.

The crystal on the dragoness' tail glowed as she chuckled deviously. "You all are so pitiful to challenge me."

"No we're not, Two-face!" Siara snapped, raising her rake.

Siara swiped her rake at the Portal Master, cutting her scaly chest. The wound drew green-colored blood, but it healed instantly with the purple crystal encasing and covering it. The dragonness, in a flash teleported behind Siara and tossed her across the room with her tail. Siara got back up and charged at the Master, but missed due to another teleportation.

Star used her fire elements to singe the crystals that grew on the whole right side of her body. The quartz blackened and started to break off when an aura of magic glowed around it and cleansed it. Star breathed fire again and again, her eyes burning with rage.

The Portal Master hissed with annoyance and pushed Jett aside with her boulder-like tail. With a wave of her tail she teleported in front of Siara. They fought in a rake-to-claw combat, with the sound of yelps and clangs filling the air. Green blood dripped from the master's claws, and they were encased in purple Portal Crystals in a split second. That was when Portal Master's eyes glowed, and the gray minions and slaves from outside of the castle swarmed in lazily but angrily. They sleepily swung at Star and Siara and crowded around their "queen". She laughed as her gems glowed like the sun.

Star breathed a tunnel of fire and singed the queen's neck. An entire lion's mane of crystals grew around it and became jagged. It was at that moment when Star realized the horrid truth. "We can't hurt her...We can't..."

"Why not?!" Siara yelped, fighting off the clambering slaves.

"Because when we hurt her, more Portal Crystals grow on her, and she becomes stronger! The more we hit her, the more crystals grow, and the stronger she becomes!" Star shouted, toppling over the minions with a breath of ember.

"We break the crystals off her, then we DO hurt her, but we have to make a wound so deep that she can't heal it." Star directed, already sizzling the quartz without taking a break. The crystals turned into ash and blew away before they could regrow.

Siara used her rake to scrape off the crystals fiercely.

"Stop it! I command you!" the Portal Master shouted, clawing off Siara and peeling her off her side.
Siara scrambled back on her feet and continued to scrape away, anyway.

The Portal Master's eyes glowed and she fiercely growled as she cast a ring of purple fire around them all with her Portal Crystals. They all glowed white and hummed.

The Portal Master writhed and growled in pain. Purplish-black crystal suddenly started to shoot out of her wounded skin in short, rapid bursts. Her eyes smoked with gray steam and her teeth closed around Star in mid-air. Siara witnessed this with a gasp and climbed up to the master's mouth and yanked Star from the sharp teeth. Star's wings were punctured and coated in saliva, but Star was not wounded.

Then the unspeakable happened.

The Portal Master closed her mouth around Siara and threw her head back. There was a swallowing sound, then the sound of the master maniacally laughing and snorting. "Mmmm! Yummy!" she roared insanely, her eyes wild.

"Nooooo!" Star shreiked at the swallowing of Siera and breathed the biggest ball of white fire she had even breathed.

She blasted the ball at the Master, blowing off large chunks of crystal and revealing calloused black scales. The Portal Master teleported, but since her powers were now weaker she only teleported a few feet away from where she once stood.

Portal Master snapped at Jett and dodged Star's fire balls. She hissed and threw shards of crystal at Cyclone and Fledge.

Suddenly...

The Master started to hack, then convulse. Green liquid poured out of mouth as her scaly stomach suddenly visibly went in circles. Then, there was a pop and a tearing noise, and a green-covered weapon splatter-fully burst out of the Master's stomach, spraying scales and bits of sticky crystal everywhere. From the dripping green pool a gooey feminine figure emerged, screaming on the top of her lungs, "WATCHING ALL THE 'ALIEN' MOVIES PAY OFFFFFFFF!"

It was Siara.

ic "You cannot win, you cannot win..." the Master gasped, her scraped dragon legs buckling and sending her tumbling to the floor.

Siara shook the slime off and tried to hold in a disgusted vomit. Star flew on her shoulder and asked if she was all right, only to be replied by a shaken nod. Meanwhile, the Master tried to get up, but the pain was too much for her. Suddenly, she started mumbling something, over and over. It was like some sort of chant. As she chanted, the smoldered Portal Crystal on her tail glowed and so did the other quartz, even the broken bits. The bits started levitating and zooming towards the Portal Master's skin. They stuck onto the skin, piling one after another and coating the master in jewels. The jewels fused together and there was a Bang. The Portal Master stood up, glowing and half in a trance. There was a smooth, light purple, bendable coating of melted-down crystals on her skin, like a suit of armor. The jewels already on her body had melted away, revealing the right side of her body at last. It was covered in dried scars and spikes.

"What in the world...?" Siara gasped. "I thought you were dead!!!"

"Do I look dead?" the Portal Master laughed, her voice suddenly changed and made even deeper and mechanized like a mecha's voice. "Did you honestly think I could die that easily? You all have the brains the size of an ant's..."

"Shut up! We're going to defeat you, and you're not going to live again!" Star shouted, working up a fire breath.

The Portal Master raised her tail and...

The crystals fell off the Portal Master, but her true body was still intact. With only her original Portal Crystal on her tail, she teleported in circles around Siara and Star. Star shot blasts of fire and Siara wielded her rake, but the Master kept zipping and flashing from one corner of the room to the ceiling. Finally, Siara got a hold of the Master's tail and tried to break it. As she pounded and smacked at the block of purple crystal, she noticed a crack on the bottom of the jewel and jammed the handle end of her rake into it. The Portal Master screeched as black watery shadows dripped from the crack like liquid.
